Home build power supply.

Standard pipe and car water pump are cheapest construction. This being low pressure model active from -40*C 1 bar pressure.  High heat is dependant upon pressure pipe and turbine make. This however is not advised to past +20*C.
Stainless Steel piping handles to  the higher heat of +100*C  pressures 141,000 psi.
Dry-Ice is placed into heater where it flashes to gas at -40*C. The cyclic fridge activity of the CO2 will return colder. So it best to have lowest set at -30*C.
Any cold to hot setting provides a given working force.
Unlike previous posting of machined constant turbine rotation this one is pulse, but completely home build off the shelf.

@Das Energy:

You have an interesting design. Are you building (or planning) a prototype? Or just dreaming at this point?  :)

Been there PVC and air to Micro Pelton.- Fisher and Pykle. Then Aluminium wont take naked heat. Prior  that Line pipe could not seal shaft. Last off. Now bye gone times and places.
Ground heat or Blue Flamer. Dry-Ice in the heater turns to gas 1 bar-14-2 psi at -40*C. Cyclic to -30*C heat. CO2 +50*C 200 bar=Steam +600*C. 350 megawatt.  CO2 +100*C 10,000 bar.
Went from John Howard office. Solar Alice Springs.. Nation Mapping Urban Geothermal below +100*C. Coal avalanche. Gillard Carbon Tax.

Any ORC system will do better.
Many positive displacement machines will do the job.
Reversed screw compressor, scroll, vane.
A nice design is by mechanology.com

I don't get it.
How gas from condenser goes back to the heater? As there is higher pressure in the heater and lower in condenser- how it is done?
Is it intermittent setup?
Do you have a working system?

Hello Pix.,
Cyclic. Your intermittent.
High pressure hot in boiler all goes to condenser.
Natural physics cold go below. This exchange occur whilst water flow back.
Not still have. Last model destroyed at Aluminium not take naked heat.
Gifted to the Australian People 2007 DaS Valve. Free to copy or modify.
Parliament Records.
Home Build. attached.
Think Steam, then water flow back from condenser not cold gas. Works the same!

Hi DaSenergy ,
Check out :
http://www.matteranenergy.com/animation.html

I am into this one, with a little twist and modification. Beautiful way to make intermittent proces to work in continous way
As expander could be use any positive displacement machine. I will go for vane compressor as expander.
Thermal efficiency is not great, but as heat source is cheap and cold sink is for free- it is perfect way to produce a few KW of electrical energy, all of course depends of the size of heat sink and expander.

Cheers,
Pix

Hello Pix,
Thank You. Einstein just used a chamber for low pressure.
Vacuum compressor increase the cold conversion. DaS is friction free except for water rub! Stainless Steel hydro turbine again 82% efficiency. CO2 above +32.2*C behaves as a liquid. Turbine and compressor being one the energy loop is unbroken, however phase cause the existence of positive and negative force to also take place.

Are you up for two hydro turbine one force. The force 100% to one turbine. 100% same force opposite direction second turbine. Then 100% the force to Gas/Steam turbine.

Have fun.
