First you need a pvc pipe should have a diameter of 10 cm. One pipe can make four blades. "how big do you need them" my blades is 5mm thick and 50cm long. The material are very light weight and cost effective!

Nice video... I made mine the same way with PVC drainage pipe. 3 blades 2ft each attached to a treadmill motor. My tail plane and support was also pvc 2" pipe and pvc sheet for tail  weighs in at about 2Kg. All works OK but  not high enough,. Could do with something that would produce a good output at low rev's though. I like your AC motor conversion, what was the motor used for! Kind Regards Crow

The motor is from refrigerator axial fan. Description- rated power 16 W - power supply 230/240 V - electricity 0,45 A - power input 65 W - RPM 1300/1550 r/min to make this powerful permanent magnet generator wind.
