No, I am not suggesting to place a running mouse into a wheel. I am talking about a serious perpetual motion machine.

The concept is this. Place baby shoes, one following the back of the next shoe, and place these shoes
on the perimeter of a wheel. Fill the baby shoes with many tiny balls and seal the shoe so the balls can't fall out.

Now at first this sounds like a ridiculous idea to get a perpetual motion machine working.
