Hi i am HARLIN, Dutch pioneer in HHO (HydrOxy)related technology.
Showing latest proto with no current leakage and a new innovation applied (ECD II), more about this later
In latest test running on 13.8V limited to 12Amps (>17KHz depending on widt of pulse)and believe it or not producing >10LPM :o
I still am figuring out how this is possible, expected around 6-7Amps per LPM, so: big surprise!!
