Trying to build prototype

(1/1)

mobius:
I have a device that i have been designing that i am ready to take to the prototye stage. Does anyone know of any companies that i may contact that do that sort of work?

TechStuf:
Certainly, that would depend upon the technologies involved.? I can make several recommendations depending upon a variety of factors.

Many questions to be answered here.

Guy Marsden (www.arttec.net) is my 'go to' consideration for such devices as require any considerable degree of electronics...ie. fast magnetic switching....and field control electronics.

Peace,

T.S.

mobius:
actually there isnt much to it...no switches or fancy parts....its all mechanical.thanks for the info.

TechStuf:
In that case, if you have the skills and inclination.....a 'Smithy' might serve you well for various prototypical needs and help you avoid 'foreign entanglements'.

Here is a great choice:

Although a serviceable unit can be had for under a grand.

dracozny:
depending on your design you may be able to construct it yourself, especially if its just mechanical, many times you can also recycle parts for your prototype it helps keep budget costs down.
