How to wind a Nanoperm toroid core for best results.
« on: October 02, 2013, 09:11:07 PM »
Hello

I am new to electronics and the OU comunity. I i'm trying to replicate this experiment in order to further my education:

http://jnaudin.free.fr/2SGen/indexen.htm

I have purchased the following magnetec Nanoperm toroid cores:

1) M-058

2) M-053

3) M-074

Here is their data sheet:

http://www.magnetec.de/en/nanopermr-products/emi-cores/cores-10-26-mm/

Can someone please tell me what the optimal number of windings is for each core, in regards to the Naudin experiment?

I plan to use 26AWG, that is, unless someone can suggest better.

Thank you all in advance,

Carlos
