Custom circuit boards?
« on: September 24, 2013, 04:12:49 AM »
Hello

Does anyone know of a company or person that will make a one-off custom circuit board?

I have the diagram and made it myself with a breadboard, but was hoping someone could do a nicer job and make something that looks a little more professional and place it on a nice little box.

Thanks,

Carlos

Carlos:

Try this:

PCB Artist from advanced circuits.  You use their software to design your circuit, and then send it to them and they will make it.  They will do a prototype of 1 but I am sure that is not cost effective.  Once you order from them, they will give you the Gerber files that you would need to order from somewhere else, if you want to.  I am working on a design myself and will try these folks.  I have not used them as of yet.  A lot of places I looked at will not run that small of an order.

I hope this helps.

In the U.S. you can use this company. Their design and layout software is a free download and you upload the files and receive back circuit boards. They have many pricing options dependent on the size of the board and how many you want. I've been using them for years and their boards are good and cheap, especially for prototyping.
