Electric discharges of several megawatts were applied, at 77 K, to propelling devices made of Y123 superconducting layers and thin insulating layers. During the discharges, the devices were strongly pushed in the direction opposed to the electron flow. The layered devices were apparently propelled by their emission of a momentum-bearing flux of an unknown nature. This flux weakly accelerated distant irradiated matter and created several physical effects not yet reported. The emitted beam had no electric charge, and traveled through materials without apparent absorption or dispersion, at a speed much greater than 1% the speed of light. The kinetic energy transferred by the propelling momentum of the devices to external masses, were proportional to the square of the electric energy of the discharges. No known effects were found which could explain these phenomena.

Schuler,

yes, its Dr. Claude Poher, an astrophysicist who worked at the CNES and founded GEPAN.

This is a german website but you can watch his speach :

He certainly knows more than he talkes about in the public.

 :) Hi Kator  :) ,
Thank you so much for the link.

I must say that I'm surprised to see a link in the scope of exopolitics. There is a temptation to diverge from the original OU topic...

Frenches, Russians and Brazilians seem to be more open minded in some aspects of science. It is unfortunate that I can't speak many languages.

Thank you again and please feel free to share more links.

Kind regards,
Schuler.

It could be this:

Thanks. I think you are correct. From document:
"This invention concerns particularly devices used to create, from a distance, and without contact, a pushing acceleration of matter."

I found this in the PDF:

1. "Distant detectors were shielded from electromagnetic fields by a double Faraday's cage made of two
0.8mm-thick aluminum enclosures. "

2. "inductive sensors, delivering voltages proportional to the acceleration"

A Faraday cage does not shield from magnetic fields. So maybe magnetic field from the megawatt current pulse is producing a current in the inductive sensors.

Gravity and electromagetism

I just recently found this site and am working my way through it but it is related. Harold Aspden has a lot of credibility in my eyes from what I've studied so far. He ties electromagnetism and gravity together in his works.
This first link is to a web abge that is the entry point to ten lessons he submits. http://www.aetherscience.org/www-energyscience-org-uk/tu/lessons.htm

This link is to the top level page of his info. http://www.aetherscience.org/www-energyscience-org-uk/teindex.htm

Truly, what cannot be reduced to "frequency"?

Few and far between, are those who will methodically study the effects of myriad frequencies and their interactions.  It seems Kowsky and Frost were two of those.....and J. Hutchinson....Boyd Bushman....

The magnetic beam amplifier is about as simple a platform as one is going to find in this arena, and even then, there are very few, If any, faithful replications.  By alternating the polarity emanating from the open end of the device at any number of frequencies, one is able to greatly multiply the open ended, coherent flux strings in a chosen direction.  I would be greatly surprised if the device has not, by now, been greatly improved upon, down to pistol size, or smaller.  The effects one is able to produce are nearly endless, especially when waveform and amplitude modulation combinations are realized.

Not sure if electrogravity has anything to do with magic frequencies.

Anyway, the following experiment is easy to replicate (it's not about deforming gravity but it's about propulsion):

I wonder if someone could replicate it in vacuum to discard any ion wind.

 :) have fun :)

Another interesting experiment:

I'm curious about the ion wind component.

 :) Have Fun :)

If by "magic" you mean "unknown" you are generally correct.  All mass emits "frequencies".
Study, become 'sure'.
