Hi tsl !
As far as i know, no.
This Setup looks more like a NMR-Coil than a TPU to me...

Hey there,
It has actually nothing to do with a NMR coil, it would be just 1/4 from the whole conversion unit.
Imho the Tpu is a conversion unit(also stated by SM) witch would harness the magnetic field.in this case would. be the field from the 2 magnets.I also have to say that in the complete unit the magnets would not be placed like this.
How this would work?
Well, you have a magnetic field, a constant dc current flowing in the collector rod => another mag field, and then a Field from the bifillar coil(pulsed) as a result one would get a stronger dc with lots of hash in the collector

"... raise a hose .... squeeze the hose "

ps the bifillar coil do generate a field, a bit more complex one.
