Hi MileHigh (has a poetic ring)
I do not believe in Searle technology or to date any other OU claim. I was just defining what could be called money obtained by scam artists vs those who want to take the risk.
Many science experiments fail, and we both know the odds are stacked against OU.
Kind Regards
Mark

Yes it is a real industry. It is hurting us. That and the golden handshake the governments pull on us as a community. Did the guy with the running small engine get out of jail yet? The scams do not stop at the con man. How many of them are government paid? How many CIA spooks have us waste countless hours on something that will never work. Get outside the box and waist some of the time on your own idea. Just try to find an exception to the rule and fid a way to exploit it.

I stay away from real complicated stuff from people. I believe that when the real breakthrough comes,
it will be so simple that we will slap ourselves saying, "How did I miss that?!".

If they built an engine to run on ethane and produced a fuel system that doesn't disintegrate when you use it it could work. Brazil runs engines on fuel made from sugar cane. Yes in the US it is a major scam. First off it ruins fuel economy. Engines built for gas do not do well on alcohol. Separating from the gas it clogs fuel systems. Cost me plenty to get the snow blower carburetor ultrasonically cleaned.
