Title: I Cube Transformer
Post by: icorex11 on March 26, 2013, 02:47:25 PM
The  I Cube  is a multi core transformer it can be arranged in many many configurations , includeing high voltage  high amprage high frequency aswell as low voltage self running basically it can be made for any application  I build thease units from recycled parts ...   i own an E WASTE recycleing company !  im currently selling cores . i have a number of prototypes built

cores can be purchised from me via  pvt msg

the core material is feroite  i take advantage of a shape shifting core .. and use it to my gain !
the shape shifting core transforms from square to round ...  in doing so common sence comes into play ...

the I CUBE core is comprised of 4 indivual cores ...  connected as one in a cube configuration transforming from square to round
its quite a neat design

cores are forsale at $120 cdn each basically im selling a single core at 30$ this pays for the time involved to CLEAN UP THE CORES for use .. and nothing more ... compleated and wound units are forsale aswell  but no price has been set yet !

more information to follow soon !

the ICUBE  is made from 4 flyback cores  identical  they arranged to make a square shape in the center of the core  this is the supply side  makeing a magnetic feild in the feroite  but being the core is square  and transforms to round  i expect i will acheive a larger magnetic feild in the feroite useing a square core ...

in my experience with square magnets  common sence has told me there more magnetic feilds in a square than in a round magnet ... being that the square or cube ..  has more sides than  a round one ...  so a cube infact pushes and pulls magnetics from 6 locations  with this in mind ..

i decided to build a square core of feroite ...  now the round part ....  the rounds are secondaries  they exert magnetics in a omni dirrection from the core   so if square is powered  produceing  6  locations  of magnetics  and is forced to round  and then extracted ... i beleave this to be an improvement to convencal means .. of transformer configurations

here is the ICUBE core i have come up with

this picticular ICUBE core  was designed for high frequency med voltage high current ! it was designed origonally for a  ULTRA CAP charger so it has been wound and the driveing curcit built to suit those needs ... this core showen is an ICUBE DUO as per the winding and  driver ...

i expect it can be made to be verry powerfull or  verry mild depending on application
im not makeing a claim of overunity ....

im displaying some of my newer technoligies this core can be used in many ways including some of my older technoligies such as self running low voltage ..  it can be made as a joule theif  or any number of diffrent arrangements of drivers

i deem this transformer  VERY USEFUL!

in this wireing configuration  you will notice that the  primary pluse coil is center tapped it is wound all 1 dirrection  and 2 npn transistors are used in this unit  1 to eather end of the pulse coil center tap is +  on top of this coil goes the trigger coil or feedback coil or sence coil ... or call it as you will ...   it is also 1 wire wound same dirrection center tapped  and agin  hooked up to the transistors..

and thats about it  the secondaries get wound on the rounds and they are in this current configuration 24 ga magnet wire and 66 turns per core round ..

icorex11,
You have all the resources needed to make a delayed Lenz transformer.
Instead of winding the secondaries in the center core, put them in the outer arms of the cube. Use thinner gauge magnet wire for the secondaries.
For details and hints, please refer to the following link:
http://jnaudin.free.fr/dlenz/heinseffecten.htm
The load will not reflect back to the primary due to the Heins Effect. Use a Sound Amplifier and Signal Generator to drive the monster coil you will be winding.

indeed i do own all i need
to build anything i desire ... includeing q- link  and antigravity ..

so if your intrested in my latest invention  CORES ARE FORSALE  unwound  and quad paired  for 120$ cdn each ICUBE CORE

regarding antigravity and Q-LINK they will not be discused here

in this  showen configuration  the primary is INSULATED stranded 12 gage wire  with a length of 64" a total of 8 full turns around the core ..  the trigger/ feedback wire is 18 gage INSULATED stranded wire  with a wire length of 42"  for a total of 4 full turns around the core  the secondaries are 140" of 24 gage magnet wire  for a total of 66 turns per secondary core

thats the entire winding configuration of the showen transformer  i do not limit my design to this showen configuration as i have explained this was designed to charge caps ... FAST !

so now the transformer as showen requires a driver  simplisity  rules in this device  ....  so i have choosen a simple driver to drive my coil the driver is 2n3055 x 2  and hooked up as  i have explained   so im not looking for anything ...  as i have explained im simply displaying my technolagy

here is the driver i choose to use on this device as per showen ..  and here is the youtube video where this driver came from ..
im not sure the  video auther is the origonator or not and its no concern of mine .. as i have  MANY MANY  drivers .. I CHOOSE THIS DRIVER AND WOUND THIS COIL FOR OTHER REASONS !

here is the video

and here is the schematic for the driver from the video ..

so if we notice in the schem  that it is stable 24vdc @ 5amp   input!   so thats great then .....  as i said this is designed to charge ULTRA BOOST CAPS ...
it involves only a small selection of parts  its simple to build and easy to repair  should that ever be a problem ..  the secondaries are rectified via full wave high freq rectifier diodes ... ie. MICROWAVE DIODES and i have a small collection of them but there not forsale !
aswell i have a production  rectifier to suit the need!

as for a power supply it could be what ever you desire  a battery .. a cap ..  or  any number of other sources .. as long as its dc

a pot can be placed in there aswell to vary the freq..
but it will work fine as presented !

in this picture you see the basic coil fully wound  primary trigger secondaries even at 1 vdc / turn i will get 60 volts plus  x 4  but i expect to get a bit more ....

i could wind more secondaries on those cores or a multi layer secondary but for this design i already have more than i need  i may wind ontop of this yet a thick wire high current secondary and just use those 4 showen for incecdecent light bulbs or robot motors or something ... lol

now for the power supply i will use to power this transformer  i was planing on useing  a laptop power supply  the output of it is 19vdc 4 amp i do have quite a few laptop power supplys i will sell them at $30 cdn each  this adaptor can be powered from a 12vdc source if useing a invertor  so thats kool...  i do like the laptop supplys for reasons i have devised in the past  output of the avarage power supply is about 50 - 100 watts  thats a great amount of supply energy to this device  but i could run 1000 wats should i desire .....

i do have many other inventions that operate and are built with recycled materials  like the ARX11 it can handel many kw ...  but im not here to build a invention that will only be stolen in the end ...  the concept is simple .. the device is simple and why it works is also simple .. i need not explain it AGIN .. i have many times in the past ....

so  being im useing  the cores from the flybacks i have a LARGE ABUNDANCE OF FLYBACK WINDINGS ..  so thats great then ...  i also am selling them at 15$ cdn per winding and i have a invention that uses thease ALSO ..  its called the  BUCKING MAGNETIC COMPRESSION RING ...  but agin  it shall not be dicussed here  ....

so that prety well compleates this winding configuration  and driver    as i have said i have many configurations to winde on the ICUBE's i will be displaying a few more  ways to configure my ICUBE  cores     SOME OTHER WAYS ARE KINDA INTRESTING ...

my next design  incorprates  my spinner style teck .. and  there is 2 spinners involved in this next configuration  1 counter clockwise and the other clockwise  wound top and bottom of the ICUBE core   now the core can be seperated in the 2 halfs and the distance between the 2 varried there unlimited options with such a ICUBE  core as mine ...  the only limiting factor to createing such a number of configurations on 1 core  is ones mind ...

i have more ways to wire up this same cube core yet !
so i will start with a fresh blank ICUBE  core  and show the winding for the spinner  for the spinner i will use magnet wire

well here is the second ICUBE core  blank and in the second picture you see the spinner being wound on this ICUBE
the spinner is wound 1 wire 24 gage  1 turn per leg per revelution  on the 3rd picture you see the pattern that is made from winding in this spinner style configuration

here  are a few more picture of a compleat spinner pulse wire  fully wound  on an ICUBE core

here is the ICUBE  spinner  both halfs wound 1 wire oppisite dirrections  there is 20 laps of 4 turn/ lap for a total of 80 turns each on both cores  clockwise and counter clockwise  this winding configuration MAKES A SUPER STRONG MAGNETIC FEILD ...

so strong infact .. that i broke 5 legs off this core i have since then had to repair the core with epoxy  just a word of caution do not let the 2 halfs crash togather i only applyed 12 vdc to the spinner and they slammed  into each other  the pull force on the one i had powered was so strong it yanked it out my hand ...  KOOL!

so in the next picture you see that i made a bobbin of cardboard to wind a secondary on...
so i wound the secondary 22 gage magnet wire 150 turns in 5 layers starting at 40 turns ..   it wound well in my next pic you see the bobbin set in place  all i did to wind the coil was found a solid square shape the bobbin fit on perfectlly  i then hand wound it

in the last picture you see the 150 turn secondary in place on the ICUBE core

i will be placeing 4 secondaries on the leggs aswell

so now i will place the 4 secondaries on the ICUBE spinner thease 4 secondaries will be wound on bobbins .. the bobbins i have found are from a dollar store  they were used to hold coloured craft wire they did not cost much ...

i will wind 30 gage magnet wire on them in a usual AC winding configuration ..  typically left to right layer on layer ... incase you didn't  know ....  lol

so here is a picture of the bobbins i will use and they will be wound for high voltage high freq ...the spinner is designed for  low voltage supply ....

so thats great then we have a blank bobbin and i dont feel like hand winding it .... yawn ...

so here is what i have done here is a simple cheep bobbin winder ..  i payed like $4.95  for it  i just added electrical tape to center the bobbin .. here are 3 pics showing the winder it goes in a cordless drill...

I have a few more I CUBE SPINNER configurations yet ...
the next one I will talk about is the ICUBE SPINNER ACCELERATOR this device is almost the same as the one b4 it  but both spinners are wound SAME DIRRECTION  and only 1 spinner is powered to start with .. as the output of the first spinner builds up in a cap the second spinner / accelerator is engaged  .. and it adds to the fast spinning magnetics  running same polarity and direction  as primary  spinner and the  accelerator  is powered from the fly back of the first spinner only  ..

I will display pictures  for this as well but I will first finish the last spinner  lol
I have a few more things  for it yet ....

I have been researching energy for some time ....  I do have a large inventory of devices I have invented and in the toys I have made resides  this coil I was able to make a device run on its self with gain .I have done this a few years back ... so I have chosen to wind an ALI coil on an I CORE...  and see what will be the result...

here is a video of a ALI COIL
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s95te2vP21w
in this video I make a polarized ALI coil .. on the fly back I wound a non polarized coil

so I made one on a fly back core ... :)
here ya go

so here is a good source of power to drive my ICUBE CORE TRANSFORMERS...

ever wonder why  I don't  use the bridge and an external EARTH GROUND .. AND INJECT  FREE ENERGY INTO THE SYSTEM .... :)

I love this video ..

perhaps I may just do that ... lol

this coil and configuration could power any of the I CUBES I have showen ... :)

so finishing up the  I CUBE SPINNER ..

it needs 2 trigger wires yet and some higher amperage lower voltage few turn secondaries  then the winding is compleate it will have high voltage out x4 and lower voltage out center core .. and high current low turn out x8

so there is lots of outputs ..
here is the coil with a trigger wire wound on top of the spinner winding

the I CUBE SPINNER is now complete
in the first picture  you see I wound 8 3 turn coils 14 gage magnet wire ..
the 2 triggers are wound same direction as spinner 2 laps 4 turns total 8 turns per trigger  same gage as spinner 22 gage

and that's it for this cube ..

13 OUTPUTS .... 2 INPUTS ...:)

The I CUBE  stands for the intelligent cube transformer ....

now my basic shown public  I CUBES are not so intelligent lol ... as there just windings on a core .....
but theres ooo so much more to it yet  8)

but I will not be releasing this part of my device for some time ...
as  I have little desire to share more of my work  regarding this matter
I have shared the transformer design ...  and many winding configurations and I do have a lot more ways to make this cube core operate ...  I will be shareing more ways to configure the core windings  in the near future ...

my complete design  is more for advanced users .. like robotics  and other tecks ... its more of a highly controllable device ... like say I wanted 60 hz output ..and also  400 hz and and 4k hz out and maybe 4 MHz  my device is designed to change with ease the desired voltage amprage and frequency of the cube core ... and its kinda like  a SMART FONE OR A SMART TV OR A SMART TRANSFORMER ..

 8)
no more will be said regarding this right now ... as I would like to market the full design ..

can be CONFIGURED MANY WAYS AND I DO NOT LIMIT MYSELF TO ANY NUMBER OF CONFIGURATIONS UP ON THIS CORE . this core I have shown is my method of combining multi cores as a single THIS IS MY MOST BASIC CONFIGURATIONS OF FLYBACK CORES ...

the basic I CUBE !

next I will display my I CUBE X2  ITS 8 CORES

it operates agin in many configurations and I do not limit myself to just the shown configurations ..
