Good idea but I think this was inefficient because of the 1k resistor in the secondary. I suggest to remove that resistor and the voltage multiplier then leave one diode in series with the secondary and connect it to the battery.

Voltage =1500
if we use 3w cfl

then,
Power=3w

now
Resistance=750000 ohms
Current=0.002


P = E2/R
 P = I2 * R
 P = E * I
E = sqrt(P * R)
 E = P/I
 E = I * R
I = E/R
 I = P/E
 I = sqrt(P/R)
R = E/I
 R = E2/P
 R = P/I2
