Probably this invention goes on one Invention around 1880 back, after that water as drive for the first vehicles one used. (No steam engine! Separate combustion engine! This ?invention? did not arise at that time on the market, there ?investing? buyers a reconstruction for oil of products as Drive appeared more interesting. Engines with water drive without complicated technology (those the industry to build would have) to have no future, since nobody can make thereby a money. How does the state want to raise taxes on water??
