Your diagram is all messed up :)
L4 is the output/load/input to dc-dc converter...
the dc/dc converter is 110/220->12v not the other way... so the 12V takes the place of the battery, this comes from L4 (what you have marked L3)  on t1 there's really 4 windings, the 4th goes to the top GEN2  (you have 2 gen2's)
Can agree only with  one of generator should be  to called GEN1 - you are right.
DC-DC supply high voltage to power up NPG MOSFET only (in original 170V).
Second output coil on T1 need just for make this 170V..
Rest of mathematics 12V.
Self supply circuit I newer draw coz its not need for understand an idea.
Again this block diagram prepared for mode clear understand of idea, not for draw exact author's schematics.
My tests shows me that some elements in "author's" schematics ... how to say... little unnecessary...

Thanks

and yet you have all the elements of the schematics....

1) 12 V
2) 12V -> 150+ x2
2a) 150 goes to power pulse for L3
2b) 150 pulses L1 coil which resonates L2
3) a pulse generator to pulse the 150 into L3
4) a pickup L4 to generate load/self power.

the 120V-12V is unnessecary if not looping....
and a lot of caps are superfluous in the 5V logic section...

fantom:

Thank you for your clearly drawn block diagram. It is useful in breaking down the Dally circuit to the essentials.

Please define 'samozapitku'  самозапитку

самозапитка - Self feeding (for self runner).

fantom:
The pulse generators are running on 5V, the power transistors in nanopulser are switching 150V, another 150V from same inverter transformer goes into output coil. The nanopulser is locked into inverter's phase so it does not spit out random pulses. Also КД202 diode there is doing same function as spark gap in Tesla coil.

However, my nano-pulse has flipped over to a non-nano-pulse (meaning inverted) when feeding to the gate of the IRFU320.
So i have a constant  14V on the gate (opening the MOSFET), and then nano width pulses to ground (closing the MOSFET).
This looks reversed from what it should be, right?
Is this a design flaw, am i not thinking right, or did i make a mistake somewhere?    Any thoughts, suggestions?
According to the attached schematic, the transistor Q3 will invert the output of the NAND Gates in Integrated Circuit U3.
The polarity of the low duty-cycle pulse appearing on the output of U3 is determined by the switch S2.

Also, because Q5 is a N-Channel MOSFET then a positive voltage on its gate will make it conduct between Source and Drain.
If Q5 remains conducting too long then a destructive current will flow through L5, T1 primary and Q5.

P.S.
The attached schematic is identical to yours (identical circuit) but it is translated to English and has four additions:
1) Description: "Monostable Multivibrator"
2) Description: "DSRD Driver"
3) Description altered to: "DSRD Nano Pulser"
4) Component designations.

In my BD I have only one 12 to 170V DC-DC converter. It's represent second secondary coil in original T1 to supply 170V to NPG.
In research mode I prefer to have maximum flexibility and I use separate module to generate 170V not connected to main GEN1.

Thanks

This diagram not made by Dally... Some of member of realstrannik made it. There is few mistakes. Pls pay attention when read it.

Perhaps, but Itsu just wrote in Reply #264, that he is aiming for this circuit.
If you see mistakes in it, please let him know.

Then you might reverse engineer original photos and compare to drawn circuit.

I have attached analysis from my understanding:

You know... I ask myself. what is point try to copy it 1:1 instead of try to understand how its can work ?
How many years people trying to copy Kapanadze system? What's result?
Why I wrote that BG... Coz every module is easy understand functionality. Then whe can try to prdict what is will be if we connect some modules...
For example main GEN + L1 (in my BG) + (L2+c2) + (L3+load).
U see the ground connected to L1 (Secondary in Tesla coil)... but its shorted by secondary coil of T1.
If Tesla is free, yes there is spray effect for electrons pomp up from the earth... But if it hardly loaded...
May other questions come out. And much more easy to study about it separately first.
Its very easy to assemble system 1:1 ,sure need correct some mistakes (for ex. not connect gate of IRF460 with 3100pF input cap. directly to TL494 outputs)... But in result for sure nothing will work...
If we do not know how to tune the system, reverse engineering of that kind of photos....
Thanks

It is up to everyone which way is chosen.
If I would have more time to do Dally system, my understanding is from NMR side:

The big magnet there is your resonant LC coil what get energy from primary directly attached to inverter. The small magnet is your nanopulser with capacitor discharge in Tesla's spark gap way on coaxial cable(you need instant rise and fall after to form sharp triangle). The output coil on top of coaxial cable is reulting signal.

What magnets are you writing about ?!
I never saw saw any magnets in Dally devices, did you?

Maybe you mean an electromagnet instead of regular magnet made out of NdFeB or SmCo or AlNiCo or BaFe ?  ...but wait! I thought that electromagnets usually have a ferromagnetic core.

I think the point is to copy it 1:1 in order to study it and understand how it works.
Improvements can be detrimental to success without understanding how it works, and this understanding might be difficult or impossible without a working unit at hand.

I could improve this Dally schematic right now in many ways. For example I would use 1 integrated circuit (the MAX5069) instead of the 2 NAND gate Integrated Circuits 74xx00 (U2 and U3) and associated components, and decrease the component count as well as simplify w lot of things.
I would get rid of the saturable core and T1 in the DSDR Driver, to make the driver more reliable... but any of those "improvements" might be detrimental to some exotic effect, that I do not understand.

So it makes sense to do a 1:1 copy and do the improvements later.

In http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OrPCNVSA4o , replace those magnets with currents flow from Dally circuit. Big one is your 150V to coil from inverter and small one is your nanopulser with coax cable.

Oh, now I understand.  You did not mean magnets at all.
You meant coreless electromagnets !!!
