you probably are looking for a KT805 transistor, and they come in several types like KT805BM or KT805AM.
In Russian that first type LOOKS like KT8056M as the capital B in Russian is Б.

   AG:   Thanks for finding this thread and posting a link to it.  I looked but could not find it before.  I think that this is one of the best long time running threads, with much info and tests performed.

    AG, and All:    There are a couple of resent videos by poster Andrey245. So check his YouTube  channel.
  He has been working on his device, and is showing how he is tuning it.
   And it's interesting to see  his way of placing the HF HV pulse on the NEGATIVE side of the push pull signal pulse. Same as Stalker had shown, previously.
   Which is NOT the way  that Vidura has mentioned.
   Yet, neither guys are showing a self runner, as yet.  Check YouTube for,  Andrey245,  Look at his last three videos, please. Which are less than two weeks old.
Then we'll comment on them...

Such a lamp with a power of 1 kilowatt consumes about 5 amperes of current. If you connect such a kilowatt lamp through a converter to a 12 volt car battery, you will need a current of more than 80 amperes and thick wires. But there is another problem. Incandescent lamps have one interesting feature - at the start they consume much more current. The cold filament of an incandescent lamp has much less resistance. More power is needed to start.

About Akula&Co video, the guys have fun with 8-watt LED bulbs.
