i am searching for some 16 inch aluminum bicycle rims front only . two to put together to form a solid rail . I am sure others with fabrication shops can put this together with some other non magnetic round rail wheel. with a center axle and bearings to mount so it can spin .
Will i be the first one to show one running on a stable magnet ?

Above is the hyperlink to the video.  I have to admit it is impressive.  My only question is....why the big block held in his hand just to hold a magnet rod?  I guess I am a little doubtful...but....everything else looks just fine and I hope this really does work.  It would be very easy to make like you said.

I really hate to be the one raining on this parade, but this idea won't work, and here's why.  With the magnet in place, the wheel is really no longer overbalanced. Just as your hand can't push a door closed if someone is holding your hand in place, the ball can only perform work against the wheel when it is free to move down.  In this concept, the ball gets pulled into an equilibrium position where gravity and magnetism cancel each other out.  The video is deceptive because it doesn't run long enough to show the initial hand spin slowing down.  Build this device if you wish to learn (or don't believe me), but keep in mind there are more worthy avenues for free energy research (like LENR).  Best of luck to all, and thanks for your efforts towards a better world.

yes its an air compressor, anyway, this video is old, if this really work all the peoples that tried this configuration in the past all fail... so why this one should work... I think its more an air compressor motor lol

Thanks for input and it i am aware of newtons law and energy conservation and ever thing has to go back to zero and yadedada ... That a big power of suggestion and can throw off and discourage an experimenter . But See ...everything is explained away ,even God .
I Chose to Ignore mans rules and believe in a higher power and it gives me an inspiration with insight.
I have been called names ,shunned and said some of my little projects didn't work and i measured wrong and thats ok by me .
The hamster wheel experiment was crude and a cardboard stack with me holding a magnet with my hand is not a good test . I am a nervous person and i may subconsciously been shaking and my magnet probably wasn't perfectly still  . Thats ok by me . I realize that . so what to stop me from trying it out with metal rail wheel.. I suggest no build this but me . Let me decide how the magnet should be mounted on mine. heck i might mount it on springy metal instead of a solid block to give more outside force from the magnet .so with that here are some of the rules .and with all those and all the so called laws of nature that i know are flawed i will just do all this and either fail and learn or make it work . thanks guys for the luck wishes .so with that here are some of those rules .

 the weight(BALL) that gains energy falling on one side of a wheel{ SPINS} must lose the same amount of energy when being lifted up the other side.(IT DOSENT FALL IF THE RAIL IS MOVING UNDER IT and held in a  magnetic field from outside force)remains to be seen.
The steel ball attracted to a magnet gains energy, but to return it to its original position(WE DONT WANT IT TO RETURN TO ZERO WE WANT IT TO BE ON A MOVING INFINITY RAIL) and repeat the process, that same amount of energy must be done on it.

Forgive me.... but you are like the children who, coming home from a Superman movie, put on capes and climb to their rooftops and leap off, expecting to fly.
