Has anyone ever heard of Searl Effect Generator (http://searlmagnetics.com/index.html)?
It works by capturing free electrons from the environment, compressing and accelerating them to create electrical current.
It also cools under load, meaning it also taps ambient heat. The more load, the more it cools, the more heat is drawn in and converted to electrical power.
What's interesting as shown in this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=caHXsMWVzvY) is that it does not start spinning until it is connected to a load. It is basically an inverse consumer (generator), that converts "radiant" energy to electrical power on demand, no more or less than is actually needed.

I'm sorry buddy, but i think the reason why many experimenters are not interested with this because its not the practical and simple way to make free energy, though its a good design. ;) :D ;D

Well yeah that's the biggest problem. It's not easy to make. But it's supposed to be the most perfect device for free energy.
