OF course we all know this theory unless it is my theory

which is

the power u use to archive some kind of movement or heat or anything if u reverse and give it what it is supposed to give u it will give u the power which u supposed to give in the beginning

same as the alternators idea ..etc

ok the idea is
reverse engineering the hair dryer ..... u see it take like 2500 watts to heat just a small piece
of metal or ceramic to 300 degree or something

what if u use the fernesel lens with sun to heat it

it will give u the same power which u supposed to use
at least 1000w for one piece woww
this could be something very nice

and the other idea i dont want to make another topic
using the solar oven and puting like 10 / 180w thermal electric ships with heat sink
so the part which u want it to be hot inside the oven and the part which u want it cold out

why oven ??
if u put normal heat with anything (fire tourch , sun , or any other way ,,the heat will go away in the air )
what if u close the heat to not escape but in only one place which is by the chips

it doesnt have to be perfect to get alot of power because im sure u will get alot of power
im sure of my idea

and the more heat isolation u make on the oven ( i dont know is there some kind of glass that isolate heat to be not heat from the other surface ) the more power u get
ofcourse u can use ferensel lens to heat the oven or even mirrors but put paint the inside with anything black better to be a back liquid as liquid absorbs heat and doesnt gve it all away

using this idea i think u can easy get around 1000-to 1500w or higher if more chips

easy to make and not expensive

by the way it is better to put a low watt fan on the siinks ...or u can use a type of ice ..i dont remember it is name now

so this be like a worshop

the efficiency of thermo-electric generator is about 5% so you will get very little power out of your device

I think you are confusing what the peltier modules max running wattage vs. the watts it could potentially produce (running it in reverse, i.e adding a heat source and cooling the other side)..

The 545 watts is the peak watts the unit will DRAW, not MAKE.......

it even states this on the ebay link you posted.. "Maximum power consumption 545 Watts"

Like someone already posted, the best your going to out put from any peltier module is around 5%
