But it is also not commercial legal !

Well, I don't understand why it would not be legal because afterall if you have solarcells on your roof you can feeback into the mains via a gridtie inverter legally.
Doing it like the peeps in that video is a little noisy and I think my neighbours will be angry with me.
It is just that they try something different is what I thought is nice, not that I have any intentions of doing it too.

You have "to please for permission" to introduce on-grid
your own "produced" electricity,
this is a commercial process !

Here in Portugal officially the user have to ask for licence
to do this(what will be to 99% denied,interests politics) !!!
