Somebody on Youtube told me a Chinese Website, where they have the new HighRes pictures from
the latest Chinese Moon orbiters.

I looked at it and saw some strange canals or maybe these are just
mountain slopes ?

Looks like a city structure to me maybe or maybe these are canals there ?

Anyway I recorded a sceencast from it.

There are also some volcanos nearby, where you can see some Lava have flown
done the volcano hill...

Anyway. I have also seen some other strange canals there, but I must refind it again.

If somebody knows how to store or refind the coordinates on this Moon map
there, please post here so I could point to the other canals more easily...

I wonder if there is also available the Map from the backside of the Moon ?

Maybe we will find then the fortress of the IronSky movie ??? ;) Lol.-..

But what about the Apollp landing sites ? Can anybody find them ?
Are there really the lander gears still to see and the moon car or were the
moon landings only made in Hollywood studio, what I think ?

Yes, this looks to me like 2 old pyramids !

The left one is broken and probaly has been hit by a meteorit....

Also strange canals there in front of them.

Post by: e2matrix on February 29, 2012, 06:47:00 PM: The dark spots you mentioned that looked like they might be airbrushed out could just be the combination of extreme telephoto imaging (which makes things look very flat) and shadows made from natural landscape. Other things look like natural formations although I don't know what might have made some of those white lines. That almost looked like frozen water. However in one area you were zooming in you missed the best thing yet - these two eyes - heck I can even see eyelashes on one :D
I did flip it 180 degrees as it was upside down. Even looks like a nose in there and eyebrows too.

If they have already mapped the moon with such a great resolution at 0.5 Meters per Pixel,
why donÂ´t we see then the Apollo Moon landings sites with such a great resolution ??

Because there is nothing there.. ! Otherwise it makes no sense to hide it !

Otherwise wouldnÂ´t you be proud to show all the world the Apollo landing gear standing on the moon in
50 cm per Pixel resolution ??

they say they have apollo images - http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/LRO/multimedia/lroimages/apollosites.html
but these images are not 0.5m per pixel resolution... :( (why?)

Their robot should have been back out of the "Black" for transmitting again the tenth or 14th this month? Certainly brilliant shots from Jade Rabbit, the name of it. You can see the differences in the surface richness even from where the wheels have just been, they are far more natural than all the nonsense glare and terrible photos from the past. Although, as word gets out, more and more of the chosen photographs of this event are being picked to represent their worst. I have been watching and I notice more and more of the Mainstream media coverage of it, using terrible photos and videos compared to the first released in china. Someone obviously wants to paint the picture as our country usa and nasa want it depicted as, rather than as it truly is. The proof is in finding the original chinese news broadcasts, and video, versus what all the other countries are showing as the photos and video. Some, have actually been toned and filtered compared to the original video quality. Its disgusting to see such openly changed information.

But.. like the USA was completely unaware of the third building on 911, Im sure none will listen to the fact. People failing to question often amaze me.

Dont know the thing in the crater.

What caught my eye is the large scale rectangular features surrounding the crater. Suspiciously artificial looking.

There are no high resolution pictures, if they are larger than that they are all low res pictures stitched together. Our own moon orbiter with a real camera hooked to a 10 inch telescope with a 26 meg camera might reveal what's up there. Proper moon filter installed of course.

i think the Crater A coordinates are: lat: 25.37451 lon: 29.91258 or close to that area, the lunar map does not visually match with the video.
You have to 180° turn the video picture compared to your linked lunar map (which is a pain to work with when in IE, Firefox goes much better).

It indeed clearly shows (like the lunar map link) that the crater A, where the object turns in the video, is not visible.
