while there is not the correct answer I suppose  ;D  there is a value in it - there is real flaw in matematical structure of Maxwell equations but I'm not good enough to correct it. It is (by purpose) modified to hide the principle on which was based - the flow of ether.

LOL!  Amazing correlations!  Right up until Austria.....for, as anyone knows, Einstein (the temporal,gravitic, and electric, epicenter in all of science) was born in Ulm, Germany.  I have calculated the diameter of Einstein's "sphere of influence" in his early years, (not an easy task btw) and when compared with the amazing growth in that sphere by the time of maximum terrestrial influence (MTI) after his passing, one arrives, unavoidably, at a non-coincidental figure of 3.14 times Phi, the golden ratio.  Such diameter increasing at the inverse square of the speed of "light"  (more accurately, the EM heat waves).  As the Einsteinian Shpere of Influence, or ESI for short, expands into the cosmos, this sphere is constantly changing shape due to the variable speed of light in different areas of the known universe.....more on that later.  Or earlier, depending upon when, where, and how that "sphere" eventually collapses, ripping an ERB (Einstein-Rosen Bridge) right back to Earth.  In effect, creating a closed loop, toroidal wormhole, locking us all into the worst episode of 'Sliders' you dared not dream of....

Who knows, relativity may yet come back to bite us all on our big, fat, collective heiny.

"Relatives" have a way of doing that.  Just ask my mom.

So that Time becomes a function of Resistance...

Current (excuse pun) thinking is that Volts, Resistance, and Amps are the 3 basic properties. Volts = distance, amps = movement, ohms = resistance to movement -> time

At the moment, I'm not up to the job, but I'll work on it.
