Here is a message that I got trying to reply here several times. Is it me, or my internet?  Maybe it will help figure things out. ;]

Yes, it is a problem with the caching.
This occurrs sometimes, when the Database server is too slow.

Just reload the page then again .

I will move to a different hoster in January and then I hope these problems
will vanish.

Regards, Stefan.

Hi All,
I have now installed PortaMX 1.5 and also a patch to get this annoying File caching bug hopefully
fixed ...

Please report, if this will now work better...

I will be moving the domain to a new hoster after my vaccations.

Then also the server speed should increase again.

Regards, Stefan.

Well the caching did not work although I applied a bug fix for it,.,,

Must be my hoster not being too good...

I just disabled the File caching and maybe this will solve it ?

The server might now be a bit slower, but better than wrong links...

After my vaccations I will finally move it to a new server...
As this is pretty circtical task it really needs some big preparation time that I don´t have right now...

 Regards, Stefan.

As intermittent as it's been I can't say for sure yet but I haven't noticed any problems since the file caching was disabled.  No slowness either.  I think it may be fixed but it may take a day or so to be sure.  Thanks for your efforts Stefan.
I take back what I said about slowness.  This I can't be certain of either as I'm not on my usual computer but it does some a bit slower to fully load pages - but that could be this computer.
