hi dudes
so after some dealing with that 3d printers yes there's 2 off them one normal 20cm cube
and one 40cm cube so i can print realy big things like
the thing I designd the other day
its a peace that stops the membrane from contacting the plates
this way there is no more hydrogen in the oxygen and visa versa
if any one want to try this I can draw you one and post it or mail it

Good afternoon :) I deal with, and in particular, I paid attention to the recent development of these hydrogen generators with separation, I made one generator, but I repeatedly performed the procedure wrongly, did not dictate how it should - he released the electrolyte and did not separate gases, but that did not give me peace anyway, to surrender and abandon the project. When I put everything on paper and calculate how much solar energy can be used for the transmutation into a fuel gas, I did not care.

The biggest obstacle to me is to find a porous solid material like a membrane between the electrodes, which will separate the gases, and miss the ions.

I have invested a lot of effort and money in this, in the manufacture and processing of materials that I purchased, for seals, with gas discharge channels, and nylon canvas that has porosity to miss water. Now that material is elastic and mobile, it produces another kind of problem. After a short operation of electrolysis when I put it together and try, the gases are separated by 100%, but after 20-50 h there is a bonding of the membrane from the canvas for one electrode, and as soon as this is done, there is no longer any, the hydrogen boiler on the hose a mixture of H2 / O2 comes out instead of pure hydrogen, or it happens on the oxygen side of the side. Give me people the suggestion that this is done if it wants to help me solve this problem with the fixation of the membrane in one position, and that requires some complex technological endeavor to build and upgrade the membranes?

I can put pictures and videos to see what my H2 gas generator looks like
