The Ocean is effectively a huge dam and if we were to tap it at a point below the surface equilibrium pressure then we would have a reliable, constant positive pressure to pump sea water provided by nature free of charge to us.

The PRotoMax Co-generation Power and Distillation Plant has been designed by me to utilise this free energy. The entire plant complex will be buried beneath the surface of the Earth, in a disused quarry near the shoreline for example. This will provide a temperature insulated environment with a relatively small range swing, and also provide protection from EMP events that could damage the plants control electronics due to the mass of earth and rock above.

I have designed the system without elaborate control electronics, and based it upon pressure and rotational speed for simplicity, but it never hurts to have an extra level of protection :)

Because the Plant is built within a fluid medium and filled by air when you breach the sea water in pipe, the ocean pressure will displace the air, and the positive salt water will flow into the desalination plant.

The salt water will be distilled by your choice of process and produce two products, one in the form of waste brine that will flow out under gravity into the waste processing plant to remove precious metals and minerals and toxins from the ocean... the second will produce a pure water output that becomes the medium the PRotoMax Turbine Generator is submersed within.

The PRotoMax will generate power from it's rotary moment that can be converted to electricity, and the waste heat will be absorbed by the pure water medium and turned into steam.

The steam will be directed to provide the heat for the low temperature distillation process and also vented vertically where it will collect in the heat exchanger tank as condensate.

This condensate will then flow out of the Gravity Irrigator Tank, through a microbore tubing network to keep the pressure up and be dispersed by gravity. Very small holes in the microbore tubing at regular intervals will slowly drip, like a tap left just open, and irrigate the land below.

Very quickly you will have ecosystems growing on the irrigated land around the Plant, and it can be easily controlled by manual low pressure valves at the central location. You can also use some of the electrical power generated by the PRotoMax to pump the water further away.

There is much more to say on this, but now you have the general idea I am going to let you explore the benefits of this system for yourself. That is where the fun is after all  ;D

For those thinking a large bore pipe drilled, and laid horizontally, deep below the surface is a pain in the ass... your right it is...

Hi Everyone,

The PRotoMax Plasma Repulsor Linear Firing Valve...

This is designed to be an automatic valve with reciprocal piston travel controlled by variable pressure differentials within the assembly.

The Nitrogen or Air running continuously will provide additional fluid injection to the PRotoMax during Priming cycles. While Priming, the Nitrogen will be stimulated into Plasma via High Voltage Electricity and Radio Frequency stimulation.

The HHO input will also run continuously and will be under controlled injection via the reciprocating travel of the LFV. HHO bleed through into the Plasma Chamber will become a controlled variable for altering the properties of the Nitrogen Plasma.

The HHO when detonated via a spark plug and timing circuit will form a detonation wave that will reach a static peak chamber pressure before being converted to fluid velocity. At the point of maximum expansion at the LFV tip the detonation wave will blow through the Plasma and then be once again converted back to pressure at the static point of maximum compression before being converted to fluid velocity.

This high velocity Plasma fluid is then injected into the PRotoMax rotor. Once inside the rotor it is continuously converted back and forth between pressure and velocity, transmitting energy to the rotor and providing torque to the drive shaft, before being exhausted into the water medium of the system sump.

While inside the rotor this high temperature Plasma fluid will attempt to force itself through the liquid water present from K Valve pulsing (which is providing the mass flow buffer), the Nitrogen from the Repulsor injected during the Priming Cycle, and the H2O that has been vaporised to gas phase in the form of steam.

If we were to then place Radio Frequency Generators around the PRotoMax rotor housing, within the water sump of the system, then the high temperatures and high fluid compression / velocity conversions may under RF stimulation create pockets of pulsing spinning Plasma within the rotor itself via the pyrocatalytic cracking process.

The energy required to run the PRotoMax will be electricity to create the HHO primary explosive charge, the energy required to run an air pump and a water pump, and the electrical energy required to run the detonation spark and timing circuit.

Being completely submerged in the water sump means that 100% energy recovery from “waste” heat will be possible and this creates the steam for use in seawater distillation and land irrigation processes.

This system has been designed to run completely from the power of the Sun in a desert environment by converting the sunlight to electricity and / or heat via a solar conversion device:
