Hi everyone I decided make a new topic so that everyone can share any effective way to combat everything and everyone will benefit here.

Here is one of my experience about colds, many times i'm suffering from asthma, it start in my nose goes to my lungs but now i made use of a mouthwash to combat colds by putting 3 drops of a mouthwash in a 5 spoon of water then put it in my nose before gargle it in my mouth and its very effective to me after 15 to 30 minute then i'm relieve.
 
note1: only 2-3 drops of combine mouthwash and water putting in my nose.
note2: i'm using concentrated mouthwash.

Another one about roaches on how to combat them easily, efficient and effectively, just get a bottle of a soft drink, leave a little liquid drink in a bottle then make sure make a way wherein the roach can go up to the mouth of the bottle and that's it.
