rare gases. Is this a true overunity device?
He has working models and claims 500 horsepower, at low rpm, and torque about 4x avg car.
A true overunity device? ZPE input to the treated gases? What do you think?
It looks like an offshoot of the old Papp engine designs?. It seems to work at least on this video

The rare gas treatment seems complicated, but he hold a bottle of about 2 litre in his hands claiming it will run 10 thousand cars for 10-20 years!

Yep he removes the two batteries after the initial startup, and on top of it he makes the statement that the device is producing a lot of excess power to the tune of 300 Amps that he is dumping over some resistors.
He didn't say at what voltage is across the excess energy dissipating resistors, but high voltage coils were mentioned early on.

I think he might have mentioned Argon Krypton and Helium, but who knows what he ends up after the "treatment". He yhen fills the cylinder with about a dollar worth that would last for 10-20 years of operation. Possibly he is taping into ZPE/Aehter?

I think, this is one of the most promosing technologies I have seen
in the last few years ! I wonder what has happened since 1994 or so,
when these videos were shot ?
Where is this technology currently and are these motor-generators
still available ?

Combing a few of these rare gases is really a good idea.
I had had some interesting effects already with Xenon tubes
2 years back, but I did not have time to check out mixes...
It could well be, that mixes of several of these gases
behave totally strange energy wise.
I wonder, if they used these 3 big coils around the
cylinders just for the plasma EMF induction into the coils
or if they had some permanet magnets on the cylinders
that would convert the mechanical energy
partially into electro-energy this way via the coils ?

I guess one could already win energy energy by the plasma
pulse induction energy output, so I guess
this could also be developped into a solid state overunity device !

Hello, to this engine this was buid from  normal engine-car motor  (1.Version 90PS VOLVO) inlets and outlets  was locked and the engine works as closed system of which with a noble gas mixture is filled. 
Josel Papp is emigreated hungar. Ex pilot tidy .

Hi all,

I found a book which explains what is happening in the Papp engine.  All the energy comes from passing the noble gases thru a spark which atomatizes them.  If you pass the hydrogen H2 molecules thru a spark, it separates into atomic hydrogen.  When the H plus H recombine into H2, tremendous heat is released.  The hdrogen is not consumed as in a flame, but recycled back to go thru the spark arc again.  If this is true, this is the holy grail of energy self sufficiency.  Even a simple electrolysis of water will give enough hydrogen to last if it is not consumed, but recycled.  Instead of hydrogen on demand, atomatise it thru an arc and recycle it.

I feel the "secret" formula for Papp and this video is smoke and mirrors.  What is really happening is atomic hydrogen atoms recombining to release tremendous heat and energy.  Then being recycled to do it again.

According to Lyne, there is even more energy in helium.  I read somewhere , that there is an explosive reaction in the presense of water.  Papp's patent calls for a percentage of oxygen free water in the mix of noble gases.

Instead of a gas engine, it might be easier to modify a commercial refrigeration pump to test the principal.
A block of metal could be machined and installed between the head and block to include the spark and the normal inlet modified for the hydrogen intake.  Then the outlet is routed back into the inlet.

An even more simple test is a metal pipe with a close fitting piston in it.  With a metal cap threaded on one end, the piston near the cap, then inject some hydrogen or helium and fire the spark and see the piston fly out the other end.  I guess if you are using hydrogen, you would have to vacuumize the chamber to keep the hydrogen from burning in the presence of oxygen.  Maybe helium is the key?  Won't explode like hydrogen and more power also.

I have in my files a list of over 200 patents for vapor
carburetors, granted between the 1920s and 1940. Many of these
carburetors were available to the public until 1940, from such
manufacturers as the Holly Carburetor Company. These companies
still have them in their files, and probably still possess prototypes
and production models of them. So why don't they start
manufacturing them again and sell them to us?

The Pogue carburetor was tested in 1935. A V-8 Ford coupe,
driven from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Vancouver, B.C. Canada, got
130 miles per gallon. The government grabbed the carburetor and
put it on the Sherman Tank, as WW II began. The tanks got 70
miles per gallon. Rommel's Afrika Korps ran out of fuel. After the
8th A.F. Ploesti (Romanian) oil refinery raid, the Germans resorted
to American "acetylene chemistry" to produce gasoline from coal,
but the Panzer Korps eventually ran out of fuel during the war.
Hence, the Pogue carburetor became a "national security secret",
denied to the public by extraordinary "national security" policies.
The pattern of using the government's national security measures to
unconstitutionally suppress the natural technological progress of our
people has never been broken, at least not yet.

In 2000 it was announced that three Japanese-made "gasoline-
electric hybrid" cars would hit the open market in 2001 (they are on
the road now). The oil companies made a pre-emptive strike,

fabricating an "energy crisis" in late 2000 to justify jacking up the
price of international and domestic fuels. They also manipulated the
markets and available energy resources to fabricate the "California
energy crisis". This 'crisis' and the artificial increase in the price of
Arab crude (the OPEC cartel was an invention of the international
importers, not the Arabs, who only do what they are told), were
used to excuse the sudden abandonment of the "conservation of our
national resources"?a major issue back in 1973?incredibly, to
support the continued suppression of domestic production in favor
of importation of foreign crude, right in the middle of another
(artificially-created) "fuel crisis"!

Domestic oil production has been suppressed since WW II in
favor of the large?mostly Rockefeller-owned?international oil
importers from sources in South America, the Middle East,
Indonesia, etc. The oil-importers were able to get our government
to limit domestic U.S. oil production, so they could buy cheap
foreign oil and sell petroleum products domestically at artificially
high prices at the expense of independent domestic producers, who
were restricted to limited production. In Texas, in the '60s, the
"five-day allowable" meant that domestic independent producers
could pump crude oil only five days per month. Meanwhile, the
international oil importers?which also owned plenty of domestic
mineral deposits?still had their foreign oil coming in every day of
every month without restrictions, so only the public, domestic
independents and oil workers were harmed by the illegal and
unconstitutional denial of income.

It is pertinent to note that, while we ordinary citizens are
denied the fuel-saving carburetors, the oil companies ship their
crude in giant, long, narrow tankers which exploit a highly efficient
nautical principle, using ships with proportionally long hulls to move
the crude from foreign locations to the coastal American refineries
of the Rockefeller companies with the greatest efficiency. When it
came to saving HIS money, John D. Rockefeller really didn't mess
around, but he made certain that the U.S. government prohibited us
from practicing the same kind of frugality.

In 1967, before the 1973 "fuel crisis", the government began
to require special equipment on new automobiles for use in
America. One of these devices was the catalytic converter. So what
does a catalytic converter do? A catalytic converter contains
"activated carbon"?impregnated with a catalyst, such as "platinum
black" (platinum oxide) or "palladium black" (palladium
oxide)?which converts hydro-carbon gases or liquids to carbon
dioxide (CO2), on contact. Hydro-carbon gases and liquids are fuels,
which can be used to run your engine.

CO2 is a fire extinguisher, especially for hydrocarbon fuel fires.
If you put the hydrocarbons in the vapor state, from your gas tank,
into a carburetor vacuum intake, it will help to run your engine. If
you put CO2 into your carburetor vacuum intake, it will partially
"extinguish" the combustion in your engine, and rob you of gas
mileage. So why does the U.S. government require auto
manufacturers to install mandatory catalytic converters on your car,
which convert usable, raw hydrocarbon vapor fuel from your gas
tank, and CO (carbon monoxide) "blow-by" from your crankcase,
into a "fire extinguisher", then put that fire extinguisher into your
carburetor to interfere with the combustion in your engine, and rob
you of gas mileage? And why did it require the manufacturers to do
that in 1967? Because the oil companies wanted it to.

Ich suchte nach er Tratarini-Firma, aber kein Hinweis auf die Sonntag-Entwicklung.
Ich las in einem Forum, dass eventuell bei hoher Drehzahl und voller Batterie, die ?besch?ssige Energie in einem Heat-Shunt vernichtet wird. Ich kann mir das nicht vorstellen. Wenn es aer bei einigen Kfz-Typen so ist, besteht nat?rlich ein Einspar-Potenzial. ich werde das checken.

Die meisten Dinge auf der erstzugesandten Seite von D1 bis Dxx  sind bekannt und vieles davon funktioniert nicht als OU-Ger?t.

Von Tesla hatte ich einen 5 teiligen Band in deutsch. Alle diese Patente sind interessant, aber was wir dringend ben?tigen, sind neue Grundlagenerkenntnisse in der Feldphysik. Herumstopseln ist Zeitvergeudung.

Immer dann, wenn eine Anomalie entdeckt wird - wie auch in Ihrem Fall das Aufleuchten von Neonr?hren in HF-Feldern - wird keine systematsiche Folgearbeit geleistet um dem Ph?nomen auf den Grund zu gehen oder man st?sst pl?tzlich auf gewisse Schwierigkeiten, sei es Geldmangel oder technische H?rden.

Zum Beispiel hatte ich von einem Spezialisten einen abstimmbaren Hohlraum-Resonator vorgef?hrt bekommen ( durchstimmbar von 200 bis 500 MHz ). Es wurde mit 2 Volt und wenigen Milliwatt aus einem alten Pr?zisions-HF-Generator ( 50 Ohm-Ausgang) gespeist. An der Outputseite, die mit einer innenliegenden Spule verbunden war wurde an  50 Ohm ca. 12 Volt und mehr gemessen, wenn man in bestimmte Resonanzpunkte kam.
Dann stiegt die Ausgangsspannung selbstst?ndig steil an ohne dass man den Resonanzpunkt noch weiter verfeinerte und brach schliesslich zusammen. Da kam schon weit mehr heraus am Ausgang, aber man kann den Resonanzpunkt eben nicht halten. Also gestorben. Dasselbe Ph?nomen tritt bei Mobilfunkantennen auf, die durch Erw?rmung in der Sonne ( physikalische Verl?ngerung um wenige Zehntel-Milimeter ) in den Resonanzpunkt hineinlaufen bis die Feldst?rke zusammenbricht ( trotz Volldampf der Endstufe ). Deswegen - und noch aus einem anderen Grund - sind diese Antennen etwas neben dem Resonanzpunkt abgestimmt.

Also neue Grundlagen schaffen und nicht an alten Patenten herumstopseln, das w?re meine Empfehlung.
Recherche ja, aber systematische Basis-Versuche, bevor man Prototypen baut.

Hallo, ich denke es ist schon wichtig gerade die alten Schriften zu lesen die ?ber clemt coler hendershot
papp tesla usw berichten. Es ist Unsinnig , gleich alles zu bezweifeln NUR weil "etwas" oder NICHTS verstanden
wird, Unsinnig alles niederzuwerfen und NEUE Wege zu suchen , nur weil Papp oder Perpetuum , in einer
"Hoax"-URL aufgelistet sind. Diese "destruktiven" URL?s der "Zweifler" k?nnen genauso auch "Wissende"
sein die "zielgerichtet" Hobby-Forscher von Gedanken und Wegen abbringen wollen , auch billigsten
(nichtindustriellem" Weg alternative  Energie-L?sungen zu finden.
Genauso k?nnten diese HOAX-Zweifler auch hingehen und Genies wie Tesla "bezweifeln" , der mit
seiner U.Boot Fernsteuerungen , wohl auch Wege beschrieben haben k?nnten die nicht funktionieren,
noch nicht vollendet waren , oder mit seinen damals ?blichen "nichtherzfrequenten (keine LC-Kreise)
wohl nicht die "angesagte" Wirkung erreichen konnte UND auch vor der Untersuchungskommission
mit diesem "Patent" gescheitert ist , da die Forf?hrungen misslangen.
Aber niemand "tastet" dies an und legt TESLA zu den "Betr?gern" , wie dies bei anderen
f?higen Leuten versucht wird.
Coler - Ger?te haben funktioniert . Das was von der "engl. Kriegsbeute" freigegeben
wurde ist nur ein Teil der Schriften !!. Das was an SChriften im WWW gehandelt wird wird
zum Teil wiederholt mit einer Patentnummer "bewiesen" die eine vollkommen andere
Maschine beschreibt !!  Wird dies alles "so" formuliert , damit ein vern?nftiger Mensch
dies als "Quatsch" ablegt ? 
Wenn man sich ?ber Jahre mit den vorgestellten Schriften besch?ftigt , kommt man
(sicher nicht nur ich) auf den Gedanken,

Ich f?r meinen Teil , weiss von Perpeuums Mobiles , die gelaufen sind.
(Schlosserarbeit) , um 1950 . Maschine wurde unertr?glich laut und
an die 1000 Laufr?dchen hatten einen zu hohen Verschleiss.
(Das lag seinerzeit an den verwendeten Materialien.)
Das Ger?t existiert nicht mehr und war auch nur in der Nachbarschaft
bekannt.( In meiner Geburtsstadt).

ans leuchten brachte und vollkommen unabh?ngig von HF oder NF
Quellen , wie Radiosender usw. war.

Insbesondere hat auch "System:Tesla-Car" anscheinend zu
dieser Zeit in Italien funktioniert und mit Zerst?rung von
Erfinder Ger?t und Unterlagen geendet.
Sowie mit Sicherheit vor Kurzem im Osteurop?ischem Raum.

Mit diesem "Wissen" habe ich selbst gen?gend "Antrieb und
Auftrieb" einfacher an FE zu glauben und die Bausteine zum
"System" zusammenzulegen.

Es muss sicher nicht sein , das mir diese Geschichten jemand glaubt ,
oder zun?chst Erkl?rungen bei mir sucht. Wer mit offenen Augen (und Geist)
sucht und liest , m?glicherweise noch in diesem Bereich beruflich engagiert
ist findet Informationen.
Meine Zeilen hier k?nnen den der sucht , beleben etwas zu tun , gleichg?ltig
was oft "professionell" als "Zerst?rendes , das geht nicht" ver?ffentlicht wird.

Naturgem?ss sind in einer Reihe "halbprofessioneller" Ver?ffentlichungen
ED Gray, Bedini , Naudin so viel an "fachlichen Fehlern verzeichnet und
enthalten , das naturgem?ss Leuten auff?llt die hier Ihre "Fachgebiete"
haben.  Das hier dass EINE oder ANDERE nicht stimmt , nicht arbeitet
liegt in der Natur unverstandener Ver?ffentlichungen (komerzielle Interessen!)

DAS ALLES tut der FE-Idee keinen Abbruch und es lohnt sich hier
weiterzuarbeiten , vorallem nach alten Schriften und Quellen zu suchen
die erst noch im WWW eingef?gt werden sollten !

Beispiel: Coler Magnetstromapperat.
Ausser den 2 im WWW bekannten Ger?ten , sollte nicht nur eine 7,5KW
Maschine entwickelt werden , SONDER diese hat existiert !!
Diese hat JAHRE bis 1945 in dessen Wohnhaus gearbeitet und dort
die Stromversorgung (kosten-frei !) ?bernommen.
Zum Schluss des Krieges ist das Ger?t von einer Fliegerbombe
getroffen und zerst?rt worden.
Von einem Verbleib der dazu geh?renden Unterlagen , wie
zum Leben (und Ableben?) Coler?s ist im WWW nichts zu
finden (?) Warum ? Wer hat die Unterlagen? Warum sind die
diese Dinge nicht weiter bekannt ? 
Nur dass nicht weiter "gebohrt" wird ? Gesucht wird?
In dieser Richtung - (Wechselfelder ?ber aufbauende
Harmonische Frequenzen bildend) - als "m?glich" und
als "nachempfindbar" eine Schar Hobbyentwickler
auf eine Spur zu setzen die "ergiebig" ist .
Selbst wenn diese Erfineder Hendershot Coler Traw?ger
selbst nicht verstanden haben "woher" und "wie" diese
Energie zustandekam und daher oft nicht reproduzierbar
war (Hendershot) , ist dies kein Grund , das nicht die Zeit
gekommen sein soll , auch DIES herauszufinden.

Ganz davon abgesehen , ist es sicher nicht auszuschliessen,
dass industrielle Firmen und Forschungslabors , einen Teil
dieses Wissen "besitzen" , zum Teil selbst erforscht haben,
aber eine "Ver?ffentlichung oder Vermarktungsversuch"
nur unkalkulierbar oder vorauszusehende negative
wirtschaftliche Probleme zur Folge h?tte.

Diese Zeilen geben nur meine pers?nlichen Empfindungen
und Vermutungen wieder,somit ist nicht ausgeschlossen , dass
einige Wahrheiten (noch) woanders zu suchen sind.

ich bin mit fast allem einverstanden, Sie sind sehr engagiert. Ich verfolge das FE-Thema sei 1979 und habe 1980 eine Entwicklung des Herrn Zinssers kennengelernt und ihn 10 Jahre begleitet. Er hatte ein klares physikalisches ( auch mathematisch untermauert) Modell, gravitative Anisotropie direkt in Materie mittels gepulsten HF-Wanderfeldern zu erzeugen. Zehn Jahre Messtechnik u. deren Alptr?ume ( wie Herr Zinsser immer bemerkte) Hochempfindliche bifilare Drehwaage mit Aufl?sung von 1/1000 gr ( horizontal-Kr?fte-Messung, gravitativ gekoppelt)  allles wiederholt gemessen bei der DLVR in Stuttgart etc. Starke biologische Effekte u. Reaktionen im Kopfbereiche, sehr schwierig das Ganze. Er starb 1993 u. ich habe mich entschlossen, es ruhen zu lassen. Die Mittel sind zu gross, die man ben?tigt f?r weitere Grundlagenforschung und Prototypen. Alles hat seinen Preis.

Ich verweise auf ein Konzept, dass ich im Augenblick verfolge, wof?r ich auch schon eine sehr einfache mechanische L?sung habe um das Prinzip zu ?berpr?fen.

Hier wird das Prinzip der Speicherung und des Abrufes der Fliehkraft sehr gut erkl?rt. Keiner kam bisher auf so eine Idee Jedoch muss es anders gebaut werden, als dargestellt. Fliehkr?fte, die ja eigentlich Tr?gheitkr?fte sind ( aus Sicht eines mitrotierenden Beobachters) nehmen gewaltige Dimensionen an. Auch hier liegt die L?sung darin, vom "starren" Konzept wegzukommen hin zu einem dynamischen, damit das gewaltige Potenzial ausgekoppelt werden kann.
Beispiel :
Ein Gewicht von 100 gramm erzeugt bei Rotation in 2o cm Entferung von der Achse bei 3000 U/min ca. 1480 N [kg m/ sec exp^2). Zun?chst muss man diese Kraft zwischenspeichern, dann l?sst man sie 1 sekunde lang auf einen Widerstand auflaufen (das Gewicht bleibt dabei an der Achse dran). Man erh?lt dann einen Impuls = F x t = Kraft mal Zeit von 1480 Kg m / sec. L?sst man das Gewicht jedoch los ( wie es jeder Hammerwerfer macht), erh?lt man den Impuls = F xt = M x V ( Masse mal Geschwindigkeit) = 0.1 kg mal 47,12 m/sec = 4,7 kg m / sec.
Welch ein Unterschied, wenn man es richtig macht. Keiner kam bisher drauf, weil alle Kreissysteme starr betrachtet werden.

I just had an idea on this topic that looks like it would work...

Combine The Plasma Motor design with a
Free Piston Engine design.  Such as:

The Plasma Motor apparently works via "gas" pressure on pistons,
so it should work. The free piston engine itself has electronics the
size of the motor, so the control complexity of combined device could
be fairly high, even though it would not need exhaust valve controls.

Hopefully, they wouldn't attempt this as a first project.

   The explosion engine is stupid.  First you have to compress the inputted gasses.  Energy out the window right from the first revolution.  Then you burn some fuel to heat the air enough to expand more than you compressed it.  Air doesnt expand worth a krap for the amount of thermal energy involved.  Then the expanding gas pushes a piston only one way while the rest of the expansion is wasted loosening headbolts gaskets vibration through everything and is pissed away through the radiation and exhaust system.  DUMB DUMB and DUMBER,  We should have stuck with the horses they are much better designed machines.  First off you need a spherical expansion and contraction container.  Then you need to implode the gas mixture to cause a vacuum situation.  Then atmospheric pressure rushes into the reaction vessel through a turbine attached to the load.  The liquid formed by the implosion accumulates at the bottom of the sphere and when reaching a sensed level is allowed to be drained out during input of the atmospheric pressure.  The  reaction is endothermic and will draw energy from ambient conditions.  As long as it is warmer than o degrees kelvin we should be good to go.  Two gasses I can think of right off the top of my head are oxgen and nitrogen.  They go in get changed to nitrates liquid and we are running engines on air.  The exhaust will need to be contained and discharged to suitable microrganism farms where the nitrates will be turned back into nitrogen and oxygen.  What species do you think ripped the oxygen out of dead plants.  Fucking microrganisms that piss poison.  Now we get to breath microrganism piss.  Fucking idiots.

   This isnt quite what I conceived.  The engine I describe does not expand the gas in a thermal event.  There is a phase change whereby the gases are condensed into liquid form and therefore occupy less space.  Instead of pressure being developed vacuum is developed.  Atmospheric pressure then drives a turbine as it moves in to rectify the vacuum created in the cylinder.  Plasma is in play but this plasma takes up less space than the two gases non combined.   It is difficult to imagine but you can construct something with a very increased energy density that is not exhibiting alot of kinetic energy and taking up room.  Once the plasma liquid is dense enough it will fall to the bottom of the cylinder where it is exhausted.  The ionizing frequency emitted acts as a catalyst in the phase change and liquid air is the exhaust.  Upon reaching the atmosphere it picksup thermal agitation or electromagnetic stimulation where it turns back into gas and liquid nitrates.  No fusion nor fission just relatively hot gas turning into cold plasma.  Not flash steam but flash ice. :)
