Title: Tariel Kapanadze Mechanic Device at "Final Stage"

There is a suspicion that a mechanical version of Tariel device has using hydraulic pump of Richard Clem, is the equivalent of a Schauberger device.

This information may be useful for those who have mechanical skills and possibilities to do such experiments & may be information which leads to some point of principle in FE.

(By the way the sound an in barrel of oil seems to push me to think that it uses Clem principle)

The process of experiments are beginning now and it is in building process by mechanic engineers in Russia (there will be report)

its basically the same process as the youtube looped water pump man.  You still need a very efficient drive (use rotoverter) and power factor correct the generator. Notice the box of caps to match the load.

DIY Manufacturing this is more difficult than using a standard high pressure pump and water wheel.

Water has different properties and in this setup not work at all, oil has mass – this device works on oil, no water. and uses specific hydro oil pump, as we cnow jet Tariel use Russian oil pump M55

Then why not add a '?' mark to "Final Stage".  After 20 thousand posts, and 4 million views on T.K. threads here, it doesn't seem like we're anywhere near a 'final stage'.  Forgive my pessimism but does it not counter your optimism?
