Can Anyone translate the patent of milutin miletic? It would be great and a solved problem for such a waste of time searching the solution to single wire problem.Dont try to translate with OCR. I already tried all the possibilities and find no acceptable translation.Thanks

if you can translate from serbian to english maybe you are interesed in translate the patent of this invention. I have tried with an student who don t know roumainian nor english nor technical words.... so it was a mess.... no use of OCR cause the qulity of photo scan is very poor.
I have tried technicaly to put in practice and no chance... some info eludes me.... and no result yet

I feel from the number of donwloads it s getting hot... so .... have anyone of you tried to replicate the invention? I have tried..
I have connected the phase to a center of a coaxial cable used in television.... and the other cover of the protection I have conected with ground and zero..... nothing... any suggestions? I fell the one cable must be connected to the zero and ground

I don t understand this serb grandpa Milutin ....if he is negotiation to commercialize the invention very well... but if he is letting a neibour to deal with the invention i doubt he is having anything serious in mind to comerialize the invention..
he expected money he have to act in this way... it s no overunity system which can rise oposition ... it s a genial invention yet i feel very simple .
if he is not acting he have to let his invention for the sake of mankind.
I think every good ideea of invention comes from God from Jesus and we are responsable before HIM for this invention to easy the life of mankind... What he did, till now ,he just showed up like a child - look how beautiful toy I have and you don t have....

Since translation of whole patent will take long time (my time is limited) - I suggest that we go with different approach. I will explain in short what is patent about than if you have specific questions point to the page and/or paragraph and I will translate.
Patent is for secure power cable - main idea can be compared to coaxial cable. cover is metal pipe used as conductor for joined ground and zero-phase (also used as protection for hot wires against moisture, physical contacts, damage, short circuit ...) and inside is insulated hot wire/s (can be 1 or 3).
I hope that's a good start.

The biggest technical 'glitch' is that there is no such thing as one-wire energy transfer.  Same thing for Peter Lindemann's 1988 clip where he thinks he is demonstrating one-wire energy transfer.  There is AC displacement current traveling through the air that is completing the circuit and acting as the invisible second wire.

As much as I read into the patent he is not claiming one wire transfer - he claim safer A/C transfer - reducing fatalities, power outages and so on due short circuit.
