Power savings is the problem which always receive the attention of consumers., especially in the situation when the lights is not supplied enough powers. If you are interested in this, these are some energy saving tips for you when using a personal computer.

- You should reduce screen brightness because the high screen brightness will increase the energy consumption.

- You should turn off the entire system of your computer whenever a completely finished work, rather than leave the computer at sleep mode (Hibernate or Standby mode)

- If you're using a CRT screen (old type screen), you should replace it with the LCD screen. An LCD monitor uses only 1 / 3 of  the amount of energy a CRT screens consuming.

- If you don’t use a computer or other electronic devices in a long time (eg during holidays), you should unplug them from the outlet.

- When purchasing a computer system or new equipment, you should select equipment certified Energy Star. For example, Dell Computer, HP, Toshiba
