Parr Gravity Wheel - Has Anyone Replicated It?

Hi folks:
Has anybody tried building the Joe Parr Gravity Wheel?

This was a wheel and magnets design that uses
"shape power" to manipulate the aether and was purported
to have achieved anti gravity effects, and
weight reduction while running:

It was developed by Joe Parr and Dan Davidson. It would
be interesting to hear from anyone who wants to try building
this and try to replicate the alleged antigravity effects.
