This is apparently how Imtotob completes his circuit as stated by him in :18 seconds of his video. He registors zero amp draw! It's important to note that you can't use the same point for the battery Earth Ground! You need two different Earth Grounds! This completes the circuit. The voltage differential between the grounds generates the transverse oscillation in the standing wave!
