Looks interesting.

We need to do some math to proove the concept:

A watertank is 2 meter deep. An upper float have 2 litres of air inside. A bottom float ar inflated - no air inside. Those two floats are linked with a tube.
To descent the upper float half way require the energy of 1.5kg * 1m. To raise the lower float will gain the energy 0.5kg * 1 meter. Because the average volume in each float during this half way operation are respectively 1.5 litres and 0.5 litres - as both floats contains the same 1 litre volume when half way.

Now if we continue the operation, the upper float will continue downwards, and require 0.5kg * 1 m energy, and the lower float continue upwards and gain 1.5kg * 1 meter energy.

The sum of energy are zero.

From where does this "engineer" gets his extra energy?

Energy from Water (Floatation)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxnHJoyrQpM

I posted that video in 2006.  The inventor made improvements since then.  Another inventor in Hong Kong pumped compressed air to move inverted cups on a chain but both were just experimental prototypes.  The resulting output power was too small and the loss of energy was too much to become a viable product.

The James Kwok Hidro is much better.  It is NOT a simple floating system.  It uses energy of air and can be compared with firing a torpedo upwards at low speeds.  You can also imagine it as the toy air + water rocket firing upwards within a water column.  It requires sophisticated engineering and control.  Salute to James Kwok and team.

See the more detailed theoretical explanations in:

http://www.energeticforum.com/renewable-energy/7798-seminar-workshop-united-nations.html

Reply 18 and Reply 20.

You are welcome to come up with your own theory and compare notes.

Looks as though this is really one to watch. A working prototype already on public display, along with more under construction  :o I sure hope we can get mass awareness before the MIB show up  ::)

Equations for the Hidro invention.

I do not need to produce them.  They were produced years ago based on the soda bottle rocket.  Please read from reply 30 onwards in the following thread:

http://www.energeticforum.com/renewable-energy/5600-hidro-hydrodynamic-cycle-techn-2.html

The Hidro works under the principle of compressed air+water propulsion.  It is better because the normal rocket firing upwards in air will be subjected to the downward force of gravity.  The Hidro will be subjected to an upward force due to buoyance!

The Hidro is literally rocket science.  It is an OPEN system with air and thermal energy flowing in and out.  Study the equations carefully.  Please do not accuse James Kwok as hoax again.

Divine Revelations cannot be wrong.  Amen.

How difficult is it to arrange a demo for

a soda bottle rocket to fire upwards in air?

a soda bottle rocket to fire upwards from the bottom of a 15 meter water tower?

The United Nations Person responsible for introducing High Technology to the Free Trade Zone, Mr. Yang, met the Hong Kong “Bring-in” energy researchers yesterday. The result was very encouraging.

The Hidro will be seriously investigated. If the result is positive, vast resources will be poured in.

I am glad that my “rocket science” explanation helped. Raising money to purchase a Hidro Unit from a non-profit organization may be difficult. Now, there may be dozens of orders from the Free Trade Zone Countries. There may be many more interested in licensing the technology. China will have a good outlet for its vast foreign currency reserve.

James Kwok and team will be happy with the financial returns. The World will see clean, energy-from-air devices. The Multiple LCR resonance technology will be closely followed. It will be a win-win for the hardworking researchers and the General Public.

God will guide the progress. There is nothing to worry. Amen.

Looks really nifty.

Dear FatBird,

Glad that you shared the “rocket explanation”.  Most people assumed that the submarine container “floats” to the top.

The correct explanation is that the submarine container is “rocketed” to the top.  The physics and mathematics involved are totally different.  The rocketing to the top explained the snapping of thick cables.  “Floating” to the top could not do it.

My focus is on the planned United Nations Seminars/Workshops.  Hope you can help in reviewing the material.  PM me if interested.

Lawrence
