you can see the video flicker at the edit points where it starts to slow down.
such things never worked be for and don't now.

While I think most magnet spinners or motors are subject to stiction and thus don't work I wouldn't be so fast to dismiss this.  No idea what the guy is saying but I observe no video editing based on watching closely and listening to the background sounds.  What I do see is one magnet mounted high enough to interact with the top set of magnets and one low on the base board to interact with the bottom set of magnets.  Given very careful adjustment of the distances and using a repel mode for one set (like the top) and an attraction mode for the other set I can picture it possibly working if the two off-disk magnets were positioned just right.

language is polish. The guy is saying usuall stuff - "my first magnet motor blablabla...".
