convert hertzian waves to longitudinal waves??????
« on: February 14, 2011, 12:26:53 PM »
Hi,

working on my project (FE aerial system) design and was aiming for a freq of 5.5Mhz (ionosphere) then it struck me that this may be the Traverse wave and not the longitudinal wave frequency.

can the  longitudinal wave frequency be derived from the Traverse wave? I'm assuming they are going to be different.

hope I'm not going crazy :D

any light cast on this would be great.

thanks :)
