Design looks unstable.

I like the hinged design that brings the flaps to a neutral position so that they do not interfere with the oncoming wind. This does seem though to cause a vibration problem and presents a weak point as the hinges are forcefully closed and opened.

I have noticed that this company is pursuing this design as a water generator. This makes sense as the forces upon the hinges would be of a much slower velocity and so not nearly as destructive. Their design may work very well in this environment.

I wish then well, as I love to see the entrepreneur spirit move ahead with its innovation and goals.

Thank you for posting this.
