To get the money invested back you have to distill 1800 liters.
But you still have to pay the .20 cents of energy for each gallon.
Also risk health with the machine fumes.
So it is too expensive for the normal person.

This machine can't be that much different that the geet fuel reactor.   It must just use a controlled heat source to exchange all of the matter into gases.  Couple a hydrogen heat source within a closed system geet and send the product through a water filter.
