Inertial drive idea's, what do ya think?
« on: September 09, 2009, 10:15:47 AM »
After fruitlessly pursuing perpetual motion ideas a few years back i thought it was time to get back into the 'game'.
I've put my effort into designing inertial drives this time around because a lot of them look so much like mechanical perpetual motion devices because you're also trying to unbalance a wheel.
Anyhow, it's time for some feedback.  :)

My stuff is on my Microsoft Skydrive site.

These are not buildingplans, just ideas.
Forget about the calculations on some of the pictures, they are only for my own reference.

wont work as an aircraft or space drive.

it has to have a frictional footing to function.

it is also inefficient, a little hot wheel racer will go much faster.

There's more than one design.  ;D

Hi pinobot, nice ideas. Are you aware of the 'Dup Drive' that uses a piston and compressed air to create a suction in front of piston and expansion behind the piston which gives reactionless propulsion. heres a link.
