Here are some photos from the video posted on energetic forum by Freezer:
The additions to the photo are his.  In the first set, I can see a paper towel holder being used to hold the coil configuration.  I can also see a computer fan leaning up against something that evidently needs cooling.  As Wilby pointed out, at about 2:04 (not sure of the exact time) in the 2nd video, the fellow operating the switch on this green device receives a pretty good shock.

Two more:

Note the Allen wrench used as part of the spark gap and also note the photo of Tesla's pancake coil on the papers.

Excellent, Bill --and freezer too.

I thought the guy got burned. He immediately turned on the fan and shortly after he touched it again. I thought he was testing for coolness.

It looks to me like a heatsink with a fan on it I thought this was to cool the green case.

Tesla mentioned using the heat from the hot sparks to warm the room. (not all the sparks were warm, I think the ones that  touch something heat the something... he talks about molecules being moved etc.)

I will check 2:04 again.

edit
YUP it sure is a spark.

2:04 on the second video. ;)

Looking at the green box I see 2 power transistors being cooled by the fan.
The large coil is a Tesla coil used in reverse.
You see the output coil coming from it is only 6 windings.
For 6 windings to put out over 200 volts the input voltage must be very high.
In dry air you need 5kv to jump 1 cm. the spark gap he uses is much smaller.
Looks like the most complicated part of building this device is getting the resonance right.
The rest looks to be quite simple.  The battery is used to set up the High Voltage resonance, and then it can be disconnected.
You also see he doesn't run the device for long periods of time because the power transistors probably get hot quite quickly.
You see him placing his finger on them at one point to check their temperature.
They may be simple 2N3055's seeing he uses 12 volts to power the unit.
Once he establishes a 200 Volt output he uses this output to run the battery charger, which powers the unit without the battery.

Hmm,
where in the
first picture:
http://www.overunity.com/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=7679.0;attach=35467

is the connection to the burried cooler grill ?
We need a schematic that includes that too...

Stefan is correct.  In all of my earth battery efforts, without any JT circuits, I can get about 2.5 volts but it is the amps that are elusive.  I am not sure of the wattage of those 5 bulbs but even if they are only 25 watts each, that takes some serious amps to get them to light...way beyond anything I have been able to achieve thus far.

@ Stefan:

I believe that blue box is nothing more than a simple battery charger.  I am guessing they are using that in reverse as I have read that is possible to do?  I have seen folks do similar things with the wall chargers for cell phones and other devices.  They feed 9 or 12 volts into it and get 120 volts out the other side but, this does not account for the amps.
Bill

Hi Bill,
this does not work,
as otherwise it must be a real inverter with a oscillating  50 or 60 Hz circuit to transform
the DC up to 110/220 Volts  60/50 Hz AC.

A battery charger will not work just used in reverse without modifications.

But maybe they just modified a battery charger, so it converts
12 Volts DC to 220 Volts AC  or just a higher DC Voltage output ?
WHo knows...

Did anybody notice in the first video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mxa_G4X8Y7k
at minute 7:25
the guy is hooking up the cables by twisting.

Can one see, if all the burried cooler copnnector cables
are unisolated ? Are these just pure copper strands without isolation ?

What are they measuring at minute 7:56
in the first video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mxa_G4X8Y7k

as 0.64 Volts ?

Or is it 6.4 Volts ?

Probably not.
0.64 Volts sounds realistic for just a potential difference between
the iron ? water pipe and the copper cable being burried at the cooler grill...

This then is just the galvanic voltage between these 2 different dissimular
metals.

Okay, so I have to watch now again the other parts for the other meter readings
to be shown...

Okay, I had a look now at the original video,
but unfortunately it is not much better in quality.

Anyway, the
schematic connection picture already posted is right.
http://www.overunity.com/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=7679.0;attach=35467

In the first experiments there is no cooler grill connected.
Just one ground connection to the water pipe !
(maybe they have the burried cooler grill connected in parallel with the
water pipe, so it gives them a better ground connection ?
Could have been out of the video area, so you only see once the
connection to the water pipe...)

So it seems to be a pretty easy circuit.
Just some sort of Tesla coil, looking to be 2 coils, one with many turns
and the second with just 6 turns,
where the first many turns "high voltage coil" is
energized by the green box with high voltage pulses ( bursts)
via the spark gap and then the output of the high turn coil goes to the
light bulb bank(all bulbs connected in parallel) and then back to the
low turn 6 windings coil and then to ground.

It looks like they are pumping somehow the free electrons from the electricity from the ground
through the bulbs and then to the attracting positive pole at the spark gap.

Maybe they have been canceling Lenz law in their special series circuit of this
special Tesla coil ?

The black box with the 4 cables is just a special impedance transformer with a rectifier circuit in
there to  transform a bit of the output AC power back to the
inverter DC input.
Thus they really achieve a selfrunning circuit this way.
The light blue metal box seems to be the inverter from 12 Volts DC to 220
Volts AC.
It seems to be a dual function device which could probably also
act as a battery charger cause it also has a nonconnected 220 Volts
connection cable attached to it, which is not used in the video.
But the battery charging is not used in the video, it just only
acts as an inverter to transform the 12 Volts DC from the battery
to 220 Volts AC.

This video is really challenging, cause it really shows a selfrunning
system putting out around 500 Watts of free electrical power just
plugged only into a water pipe as the ground line.
Amazing !

In the second part youtube version at:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImXCEev1nUY
it shows at 2:27 the output current to the ground line to be around 2.2 amps
and the input current to green box box to be just 0.2 to 0.4 amps
at around 2:40 min in this video.

(In later video parts the output voltage is shown to be around 208 Volts AC)

So there is a real power amplification.
COP around 5.2 !

The heart of the circuit is probably the special wound Tesla transformer.
As both primary and secondary coil are in series via the bulb load,
maybe this is a way to easily extract free power from a ground line ?

So the question really is, if any slightly radioactive sand
around the water pipe which might get excited by the RF bursts has anything to do with it ?

As this circuit has just only ONE WIRE connection to ground
and the current has no way to flow back, this just can not be a pure 50 or 60 hz
AC, but must be currents at least in the 10 to 50 Khz range.

Also it is interesting to see, that the guy holding the green
box gets an electric shock at minute 2:52 when he
bridges the metal case of his fan with the toggle switch with his hand,
so the green box definately is producing the high voltage for the
special Tesla coil.

Stefan, is this guy hard to find? What do we know about him? Dig him up and see what he says. So far, I smell something fishy. Especially when things are hidden in boxes.

In video 7 @ 1:00 there is a newspaper which seems to have a drawing of what looks like a Tesla ray gun or something like that. Also @ 1:15 there is a close-up of the coil.

Hmm,
what is curious to me now is,
that I found another connection from the green
box and wonder, where this wire goes ?

See attached picture where I circulated the wire in
pink color.

So are there more than 2 coils on there ?
or has the high turn coil a tap where one
connection (the yellow one in this pic) of the bulb bank is connected to ?

I did a little digging and found this, but, I have no clue if this is this person but there are similarities...

copied from here...  http://www.padrak.com/ine/NEN_4_8_6.html

Dear Sirs,

I am glad to say some more news from Russia about free energy research.

Inventor Andrew A. Melnitchenko made some devices powered by small primary source like 1.5 VDC battery and demonstrated that resonance effect is the way to free power output. He connected a 17W fan motor to his electronic system and it is working! Another load is 60W and it is working also! In his opinion, the system like his resonance circuit powered by small battery DC can be power source for home (KWatts) also! The battery is necessary to make alternating voltage output for resonance circuit. It is possible to close the loop and to make self-charging battery mode.

In resonance, as you must know from college textbook, source is not the source of current, but it is source of voltage only. It doesn't require current from source and it doesn't require power expense from source.

You can try to find inventor in Moscow by phone of newspaper: 7-095-2573515. I must note that this telephone number many times was published in articles are connected with topic of free energy and perpetuum mobile.

This article is different from the other since it made some references on Tesla's work. Yes, it is the same as Tesla's resonance transformer but in this version inventor didn't raise the output to million Volts like Tesla made.

I hope that somebody is interested to make joint research with Andrew Melnitchenko. He need partners like most inventors. If you'll have some progress in this deal, please, let me know. Perhaps, together we can open a door to the future.

Good luck, /s/ Alexander V. Frolov

Could this be our guy?
