HI Osiakosia,
many thanks for the important details you kindly showed to all of us. I wonder if you could find at least a unit for me ;D
Roberto

And for me. lolololol

Holy cow, a brand new TBC110.

@Ronotte, see my post to @T-1000 about his video and the connections. This I had never seen before where the output capacitor is connected to one side of the CC then it goes to the SG2. That means he is actually using the HV+ almost directly (has to travel through the CC first) to the bulb via the SG2. The other side of the bulb is connected between the output diode and cap.

Also, one thing I have noticed is the COC output diode. If you are using a microwave diode, you may need to check it often because they can blow or short and you will not see it melted or anything of visual warning. So if it is no good, you could be wasting alot of time for nothing. Happened to me twice so far.

Dear Wattsup ,
Please find , that the pin numbers on TBC110ЛА starts from 2 after 1 then 3 and so on ....
The winding exsist between pin6 and pin 7 . I think aproxsimately 140-150 turns . ( Voltage 2.36 V on pin7,
then 10V sinus signal was applyed to pins 5-9 . By documents transformation rate 0.232 +- 5% .
I have added photos of TBC110ЛА . New . Never used . :D
Regards

I am so happy today to be able to see this flyback so well and know all about it with now the 6-7 existing, it makes life so much more complete for the understanding. Then with the 3-1-2 instead of 1-2-3 means the complete primary is being used so good again.

So now I have all the turn ratios and wire sizes.

I am wondering about one question if you can take a picture of the side showing wires on pins 4-5-6-7. According to the specs, it says the 4-5 is 0.41mm and all others are 0.23mm. Can you see in your flyback if this shows thicker wire for 4-5 as if it is correct, then I will want to replicate that as well.

If all this is correct, then we have as follows for a build spec;

4-5 = 80 turns @ 0.41mm or 25.5 AWG (This is good to have a thicker wire on the COC center tap side.)
5-6 = 80 turns @ 0.23mm or 31.0 AWG
6-7 = 150 turns @ 0.23mm or 31.0 AWG
7-8 = 610 turns @ 0.23mm or 31.0 AWG
8-9 = 190 turns @ 0.23mm or 31.0 AWG

Total turns for the HV- to travel through the secondary 4-9 before going to the COC center tap =  1110 turns with taps at 310 turns and 920 turns for the capacitor.

HV = 1200 turns @ 0.10mm or 38 AWG

Hallelujah brothers and sisters. The TBC flyback spec is now understood. Thanks to all for their inputs.

@all

Well my place to start looking will be here;
http://www.amazing1.com/transformers.htm

They offer the core with the HV coil only using even better wire. I just spoke with a guy there that said they could wind a secondary onto the primary for me as per my instructions so I will get an e-mail and drawing to him ASAP and see where it goes from there. I told him if this ever worked out, they could sell alot of these flybacks. As a manufacturer, of course this is what they are looking for indeed.

Good to hear, just let them wind in Lithuanian version of ТВС-110ЛА flyback way on secondary: 1/4 of secondary wire cw then good insulation then full length of secondary ccw on top and leaving wires from both ends inside (and the output should be rated 25kV). Then secondary primary in such way you could attach capacitor for a reonant LC circuit inside of same flyback... ;)
That would bring you Tesla quarter wave resonator straight from manufacturing line :)

If you can please expand on this it would be better to understand it in full terms since the way you are explaining could be misunderstood, including by me. I need to know this in a way to not make any mistakes and I am getting confused about the "secondary primary" you are saying.

FREE ENERGY VIDEO ??? ? ....

www.youtube.com/my_videos_edit?ns=1&video_id=cLQqvnLS7qE

I made this video to show a possible arrangement of the coils and magnets for the romeroUK device. I do not know if it would work. It was just an idea because of the counterrotating effect.

Dear wattsup ,
Here I sent to you photos of the wires .
Q1- If  I will have more then one 110LA I can sent it to you . Hope it will be .  ;) But with one
provision . You will sent one of yours TBC WATTSUP LA  to me after production process . ;D
Q2- Photos at the end of message .
Q3 - In one of books of radioelectronis from 1972 i finded the table about TBC110LA windings .
My guess is perfect . :-[  . 150 turns pin6-pin7 . But others windings is little bit different  ???  .

Hi all,
I'm very happy to see how synergy is working :) I have to thank all that are contributing to understand & solve the TBC issue.
Including quarter wave resonation effect directly inside the TBC itself sounds great...on the other hand do not forget that brovin's kacher, Tesla coil magnifier and last WNYg 'Ionization device' do make use of the same principle well understood by current knowledge.
Anyway, my personal opinion, based on many implementations of TC coils, kachers, etc,  is that said  fact alone is insufficient to provide any OU but should be considered an helping factor.

@wattsup,
wow, I see that we are now finally  having all the necessary info to eventually build a kind of enhanced TBC useful for our purposes. As it seems impossible to find such units on the market, I strongly suggest you to try convince your friend to build a prototype similar to TBC110nA hence incorporating all the necessary windings with secondaries length according to quarter wave proportion and resonation possibility with external cap. I think do not be the only one who could buy at least 2 or 3 of that units. It is clear that designing such unit is not easy but I think that all interested could suggest useful hints.

Note: During weekend I've tried to contact you on Skype but proven impossible. I have sent you a contact request (you can see it on the main contact list window): you should accept it in order to allow a contact.

@Osiakosia

Wow, now this is what I call International Collaboration, all guys pitching in to get things cleared up for everyone else. No problem, I can ask the manufacturer to make one more when I am totally ready.

The specs you are showing of the TBC are different then the ones I put up. I think your specs are of the Lithuanian model and my specs must be from the Russian model.

In your spec, the differences may not sound like much but they are substantial. First of all the HV is using 0.17mm wire of 1100 turns compared to 1200 turns of 0.10mm. This is almost double the HV wire diameter and this was one of my main concerns when asking to manufacturer was to ask them to make that wire thicker to be more durable. Now I have the answer. Fantastic.

Also, the 4-5 is 0.41 like the other, but the 5-6 and 6-7 are 0.29 so a little thicker and then the 7-8 has less wind but same 0.23 and the 8-9 is also the same 0.23. The less winds in 7-8 is probably because the original 610 turns may have produced more internal heat. The beautiful thing is when the HV- (0.17mm) goes to 9-8-7 at 0.23mm, then 7-6-5 at 0.29mm then 5-4 at 0.41mm, so the wire is gradually increasing in diameter which is a logical strategy to prevent chances of internal wire fusing/shorting. All in all a much better design. Thank you thank you.

Now all I need is for @T-1000 to hopefully expand on his last post and I will be 100% ready to provide them with the build specs.

The most puzzling thing about finding out more info on the TBC is the fact that obviously the Russian and Lithuanian models are sufficiently different to warrant different models numbers but they decided to keep the same model number. Hmmmmmm. They probably thought it would be less confusing for them in that day to have the new models as the obvious replacement of the older model and by not changing the model number, they would not have to explain why they made the changes. Maybe the Russian model (if it was the first one) had internal shorting issues that they did not want to openly admit and just made the changes quietly to not stir up warranty requests. Don't know for sure but I am sure they did not count on anyone using them 40 years later. lol

Hi @ronotte,

I am still at the office and I just saw your post that was probably done at the same time as mine.

Regarding the 1/4 wave, I do not understand it at all and even less on how to implement it in a flyback build. That is why I asked @T-1000 to provide more info to not make any mistakes on that.

My question is does the original Lithuanian flyback already incorporate the 1/4 wave principle or is there some winding changes that have to be made to make it that way.

If changes are required, then I will still want to make the original as is and ask for others with the modification, but, I do not want to overload the manufacturer either or they will think I am not serious enough.

Hi,

Please see picture attached for clarification.

P.S> The pin #7 is your HV "cold" and L13 is your HV "hot" exit and virtual capacitor betwen L12 and L13 is shown to make sure how L12 and L13 relate between. L12 an L13 have only 1 wire out. C9 is original capacitor on flyback, tuned to аpprох. 16kHz in factory.

Hello Everyone,

I'm a computer and network professional and in electronics I know just few things.

I want to share what I have learnt from exploring this TK Green Box.

1: 12V Car Battery>
2: 12V DC to 220V AC 50Hz Inverter (U.P.S.)>
In Green Box,
3: A 220V AC into 12V~24V DC power supply to drive a HV Flyback transformer with scheme of double 2n3055 transistors>
4: HV Capacitor with unknown Volts and Farads. (I think that's all stuff is in the Green Box)
5: A Spark Gap to ignite the primary for resonance with 6 turns of copper tube.
6: A Coil with a scheme of windings. (Back Bone of the TK Device).
7: And in Black Box, a simple 220V AC in and 12V AC out 5~10 Amp transformer and some rectifiers to convert AC to DC to drive the Inverter (U.P.S.) instead of 12V car battery.

Output of the Green Box is 50Hz which is amazing and the secret is in windings...

I believe Sir Kapanadze found the way of exact windings and how to hold the resonance.

I'm sorry for my stupid explorations, kindly guide me if I'm wrong in my findings...

Kind Regards;
Hasan

Very good. Now please see Tariel "aquarius box" video and comment. I'm curious what you find. :D
