@ronotte

Regarding my flyback, well news is getting bad because the second secondary is fusing more and more inside the flyback now with the capacitor in place. But the output bulb is lighting. That is the craziest thing I have ever seen so far. I have been trying this for so long and now only when the flyback is about to blow does that internal havoc create the bulb lighting. This is bad in one way, but good in another way.  since this type of accident or mishap is actually starting to create the end effect I was looking for. I can see now that the flyback needs to work in a very harsh internal environment so it can tickle the diode pair and feed the Caduceus negative. But the flyback has to survive as well. I think the TBC110 flyback is very unique in that the second secondary is there but really well isolated from the HV secondary and since the HV- went back into the second secondary, this type of action would create major effect inside the flyback that we cannot re-create at this time.

The main question is how to wind such a flyback coil? Turns, layering method, wire size, etc, so I can give these instructions to a flyback manufacturer and see if they can make one or more for me. Otherwise I feel I will be just continuously turning in circles.

You can have an exact TK coil in hand but if the flyback HV is not in the right conditioning, the TK coil will be useless.

Remember I mentioned to you to try and put a second coil over your Katcher coil, like @woopy did, but @woopy did not send the HV negative through that second coil and was still getting some great effects. So look at the TK coil in your last posted diagram. There is not that much difference from that coil (L27 to L31) and your Katcher coil if it had a second coil wound over it to pass the HV-.

Also, I am now registered to Skype. Just look for wattsup in Canada. I had to buy a new webcam compatible with my WinXP 64bit. The problem will be the time zones. I am in Montreal area. You are in Italy. I work most week days. But these days I can stay usually one day a week and work from my home while OUing plus the weekends. Hmmmm.

PS: I will be at the office all day today. Maybe this weekend on Skype.

Hi everybody

I found one circuit diagram, on one russian site, freeenergylt dot narod2 dot ru/Aidas.
Question is, diagram contains something pulse generator, for this circuit diagram need PCGU1000 equipment, for functioning the coils? thanks for reply

Hi

Again me, second question: how it look TBC-100LA or TVS-100LA?
can someone put/post here picture about the stuff, please?

@wattsup,

my impression now is that casually you are on something: do you remember the stories about TV set reported by SM (?)...just about funny things happening with flybacks...we are on muddy terrain as, at least in your case, situation appears to be unrepeatable due to kind of internal secondary shorting you are experiencing...MAY BE THAT THE PARTIAL INTERNAL FUSING IS IN A WAY ENHANCING RESONATION, who knows?
Please do not forget that original basic #2 design provided for an 'internal resonation' putting a cap in parallel to a part of the HV secondary....and T-1000 clearly says that's particular & important. Unfortunately it is very difficult to replicate as the Russian unit the STAAAR group used is vintage TBC. I agree that there could be OU source.

It could be interesting for me to have a rough idea on light intensity you see (for example: what kind of lamp, filament red, white, low shining....). In my case before Ventex neon power supply died I obtained white filament (low shining) on 240V/60W lamp.

Finally I reccomend to use solution easy replicable for every aspect as contrary impossible to have any confirmation.

"...Remember I mentioned to you to try and put a second coil over your Katcher coil, like @woopy did, but @woopy did not send the HV negative through that second coil and was still getting some great effects. I did not notice and neither did any action for putting additional coil on kacher and routing there also the Hv...but I can try it soon. Tnx for remembering.

I have also your same impression about last STAAAR group implementation. It is rather easy to understand that there are let's say 2 kachers-like coils: one connected to control grid and another one connected to tube's plate...all with proper phasing connections. The design does provide also the secondary TC coils resonating at lambda and lambda/4 wavelength's...all mixed with 50Hz modulation. In output we should have 3 freqs f1 from TC#1, f2 from TC#2 in harmonic relationship and f3=50Hz). Coils internals air Ionization promoted by the huge electrical field by TC1 and TC2 big magnifier coils could really be the key factor. I've almost finished the coil set (sse pic) and I'm now working on circuit while waiting for ordered components .

I'll wait to see you on Skye during week end.

Hi, and welcome. That is a fly back transformer for a black and white TV. It has an A/C output.

I already said about it in http://www.overunity.com/7679/selfrunning-free-energy-devices-up-to-5-kw-from-tariel-kapanadze/msg314620/#msg314620
The flyback with 2 Tesla style secondaries and capacitive link between them... :)

Been awhile since I looked at this thread.  I was wondering how many people have attempted the Kapanadze setup/system, and how many have had some success?  Could you put a dollar figure on what you've invested so far, how much time?  How would you assess your system's performance at this point?

If you'd like, you can send me a personal message and I'll compile the results and post them here.

Thanks much!

Mike

Hi zcsaba ,
Please find the measurements of TBC110LA from its specification documents .

Hi zcsaba ,
Please find the measurements of TBC110LA from its specification documents .
There are two versions of this TBC110LA  flyback transformer:

Russian and Lithuanian.
Russian got single secondary;
Lithuanian got double 1:4 secondary;
We used Lithuanian with Caduceus primary...

@T-1000

Sorry if I am always going back to the flyback but for me, it is a special component not only because this is what is used in your original videos but also because the flyback primary blew two of my power supplies and now with a short inside the HV to second secondary I am getting the output bulb to start lighting up. My bulb is only a 120vac 11watts type but for me the power output is not the important thing. It is the fact that the Caduceus is receiving exactly what it was looking for to start lighting up and for me this is very important to understand more closely if next steps are to be taken to move forward.

I am posting again (I think) three pages of something I found on the net. The first page lists various TBC models with lots of information on the build spec. The second is some information on some of the models, the third is a diagram. The question I have is which of the models is closest to the make-up of your TBC and do you know anything of what those numbers are. I think they are wire turn count and some other. If this is correct, then we may be able to specifically identify the number of turns in the HV secondary and the second secondary to know when to make the two tap points for the capacitor. If I can identify this, then I can contact a few flyback makers and ask them to produce a few of these for me but this time with maybe thicker wire so they will be more heavy duty. The flyback manufacturer will know the best way to wind these as Tesla would say "according to the art" as I have now experience in flyback making.

But also, when you look at the table of models, I don't think the TBC you have is 1:4 but rather 1:1.2. This is very important to know. Anyways, maybe some of your Russian friends can look at this very carefully and come up with a good consensus on the best wind turns and at which turns to make the taps for the flyback capacitor.

Hope I am not asking too much but any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is strange , but in technical documentation is given only transformation rate of this TBC .
Interesting fing is that it is given rezonance frequency = 150 kHz .
One thing that disturbe me , is the letter m at the end of the name of TBC ( TBC110LAm) . Its  means modernization .
Maybe is another type of this transformer ( Lithuanian and Rusian , like T-1000 writed above ) .
Best regards

Here is translation of table .
Type of wire :
П - Провод -  wire
Э - Эмалированый - enamelled
M or B - type of enamel
The last number --  diameter of wire .
