Surreal UFO dreams
« on: January 01, 2009, 06:14:22 PM »
While relaxing in the new year, I was just thinking back, recalling the most amazing dreams I've ever had. No, the word "dream" does them no justice!  Not only were the dreams vivid, but the state of being was indescribable. Here's the smallest attempt at a describing such dreams. Over my life I've had maybe 5 or so of such dreams. The reason for this post, is to find out if anyone else has had such dreams -->

One dream of many:
It was night time. I was outside. Beautiful night country scenery. A few people spread through out here and there. The night sky was stunning, as the Milky Way galaxy shined so beautifully. Suddenly, I saw a UFO far up in the atmosphere. The dream continues, with an increase in UFO occurrences. I cannot even begin to describe the feeling of euphoria in the dream!! It's a positive feeling, one that is felt so intense and strong in the heart, to the point where the heart just burns with bliss. For those who have felt intense agape love will know what I am referring to. It literally feels perhaps 1000 times better than anything ever. People are uwwwing and awwwing at the night sky spectacle, in tears of joy, as the occurrences slowly increase over time until they are several happening at once. In the dream, I had the most intense "knowing" that the UFO's were extraordinarily high in the atmosphere. Ohh, I just wish it was possible to describe the feeling. Toward the end of the dream, I am racing, running down a paved night street in beautiful hillside semi-rural type area, very similar to Big Bear, California, as I shout out with joy "They are here!!!". While running, the most beautiful colorful lite craft, a UFO, slowly soars right past me, up close, like in the movie Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind. The euphoria is indescribable. The atmosphere in the dream was almost as if the air and space glistened and glowed.

This is the same type of dream where I was inside a laboratory, where I and various people were working on a "Free Energy" machine.

Anyhow, has anyone had such UFO dreams?

Regards,
PL

Namaste' Paul!  Thanks for sharing.

I have had several distinct UFO dreams.  One happened after I was lying in bed and made a conscious request to "know" what is going on regarding UFO's and ET's.
I was in my neighborhood where I grew up and looked into the sky to see it filled with large dodecahedrons frames made of gold (at least in appearance).  They were floating gently about in the sky all around.  I ran to my childhood home and remember watching out the window with several other family members.  In our driveway appeared some type of transporter.  It was composed of 4 energetic torus'.  One torus on the top, one on the bottom and two at diagonals intersecting and spinning around rapidly, but still visible.  Unfortunately, in this dream I let fear take control and I couldn't shake it.  I simply couldn't walk into that transporter and I was quite fearful that something hostile might "come through the transporter".  Too much Hollywood programming I'm sure.  I don't have any conscious fear of their arrival, but apparently my sub-conscious does.

I've had many other UFO dreams, but none as vivid and memorable as this one.

Peace,
~ Will

Good to read about your dream Paul.

I have posted this before but here it is again with some extra info because it is relevant to the subject:

A few months back before I went to bed I said to myself:

"I want to dream about a UFO visitation and remember the dream in the morning"

The next morning I remembered a very vivid dream in which I arose from my bed and walked out the door leading to the patio, I stood their and watched as a massive silvery UFO (~100m dia) with maybe 20 bright white lights underneath zoomed silently toward me and then hovered with a wobble right in front of me ~200m away and ~50m high, I stared for a little while and then dashed inside to get my family to come and see, the dream then finished and I can´t remember what I dreamt about before it or after it.

The dream was VERY vivid and lasted about 1 minute, everything was in the correct place with regard to my house and garden etc. In fact it was hyperreal quite the opposite to normal dreams that have peculiarities in them that contradict logic etc.

I seemed to be in a hyper aware state, probably induced by the fantastic site I was witnessing and thus everything was very memorable. The only strange thing was a complete lack of noise emenating from the craft, but the ambient regular noise of my own movements etc were present as normal. Upon awaking I was instantly aware of my dream.

Since then I have thought that maybe the dream sequence ended due to my own fear of the unknown, I told myself that In the dream I ran to get my wife and kids to see it but then maybe I ran back to my wife and kids due to programmed fear as GoldenMean mentions? I think on a conscious level that alien visitors would more than likely be benign and loving but maybe my subconcious is soiled by the mainstream propaganda? I will try to remedy this as fear is a mind killer, I no longer watch television so that is a start!

Anyway, the dream inspired me to write this short piece of music:

Have any of you guys read any of Zecharia Sitchin's books? I recommend starting with "The Lost Book Of Enki" if you haven't. There is no doubt in my mind that this book was originally part of the books of the bible as we know it today. I'm sure it is considered herrassy by most, but, I find it very strange that a 10,000 year old tablet describes all of the known planets in great detail as one was to fly into our solar system from outside of it. The main subject of the book is the creation of human's from man and their lineage through time. For those seeking some answers to questions of past human history, this book should be seriously read and considered as a true testament. Here is a sort of summary type page here if you can't get the book...

http://www.enkispeaks.com/

To enhance the literature, I would like to add a link to a video called "The Mystery Of The Sphinx" with Graham Hancock. This archeological evidence, to me, is proof that our ancestors, of a forgotten(hidden) time, hold the answers to the problems we face today and that the technology, at the time, was far beyond what the average human being uses today.

Hi Yucca,

That was a cool surreal dream!  It resembles a lot of out of body experiences. Have you tried telling yourself the same request again prior to going to bed?

Hi HeairBear,

Thanks for links and info.  I've heard a lot about Zecharia Sitchin and Graham Hancock on Coast To Coast AM nationwide radio show. In fact, it seems both of them have been on the show. It's always interesting stuff!

Yes, I have tried, and it has resulted in other dreams with UFOs in, but they were normal dreams, disjointed and silly that flowed into and around other dream sequences, not nearly as realistic and visually memorable as that one dream. It is as if that one dream was not created by my own mind but it was something real that I was shown? If the patio door hadn´t been locked and covered with a metal slat blind that is very difficult and noisy to open then I would have sworn that it was a real experience.

I am currently looking into lucid dreaming and have got hold of a copy of an audio CD called "hemisync lucid dreaming". I am a little apprehensive about astral projection and OBE at the moment but I think it´s something I maybe actively trying sometime.

Hi,

If one puts forth some good effort, and has the desire, then I highly recommend Robert Bruce's book, "Mastering Astral Projection - 90 day guide to out of body experience"

I wouldn't listen to the skeptics on this topic. They'll just fill you with doubt, a guaranteed recipe for failure.  :(  With a positive attitude and some effort, it's not that difficult to have an OBE.  :D I have spent my entire adult life analyzing "reality," and there is good reason why such concepts as OBE's *cannot* become global proof for some time yet to come. OBE's, and a whole lot more, is well proven without a shred of doubt within small groups in a scientific manner. I am talking about traveling out of body to a well established room that contains a closed box, that contains random photos sorted in random order, viewing the photos inside the closed box while out of body, go back to the physical body, go and open the closed box, and verify the results. An advanced OBE traveler can accomplish such a task with 100% accuracy. The key is to be as free as possible from doubt. Everyone wants to know how long does it take to start having OBE's. To have ones first OBE is not difficult. Anywhere from 1 day to 7 months is typical, but there's more to it than just projecting out of body. It's like a new born baby learning to use his or her eyes, muscles, etc. For OBE's, it takes years of good practice to achieve nearly 100% accuracy for such experiments. The best answer I can give you is ~~ 5 years.

What is very interesting is that such a talented person *can successfully* demonstrate the aforementioned experiment to a few open-minded people who don't have much doubt, but such demonstrations fail miserably if such proof will eventually be presented to disbelievers. The skeptics have a field day over such concepts. They cannot believe such events are occurring without there knowledge. They enjoy throwing words around such as "delusional."  The skeptics have so many questions, such as why not win the lottery. When one understand the true nature of reality, the purpose for life here, when they understand that there is so much order, that all of reality is not some accident, then such questions are answered. Perhaps the best one sentence answer, even though it doesn't say much, is that Earth is a school. :)

I tried some techniques to allow myself to have OBE's but I only tried it a few times and the closest I got was to experience an almost blinding electrical display behind my eyelids... I kinda got scared and didn't get past it (probs got to that stage 5 or 6 times)

lucid dreaming I find to happen naturally from time to time maybe 2 or 3 times close together and then not again for a few months... I learnt to fly and jump high and I glide around instead of walking :)

anyway to the original topic I have also had UFO dreams but this one is the one that stayed with me for the longest because I felt such a feeling of happiness at the time and I was also lucid so I knew I wasn't awake

I think it was November 2008, the first part of the dream I remember was something to do with running away from something and hiding in some office building it was a weird dream where nothing made sense but it leads into the lucid part of the dream, out of the window I see a flying disc which is being chased by planes and I chase after them waving my arms in the air shouting not to harm the craft because I feel the craft is friendly, a short while later the flying disc loses the planes and travels around to where I am in the street

then I get the feeling that asks me if I want to take a tour of the craft, so as I am thinking yes I'm also thinking I would love to see another world and instantly I am on the ground walking alongside a man who says "you can stay with me while you are here" we walk down the path and it is very peaceful... it is about this time I start to become aware that I am not awake

then we go inside the house which is like a wooden cottage and I sit down at the table where another 5 or 6 people are sat around eating so I pick up some food which is in a small packet which I start struggling to open and the person who brought me inside said to the others "he is a new one he doesn't know how to eat yet" I almost broke the packet open before I was told just to will it open with your mind and the food came out, just before I placed the food in my mouth another of the people who was sitting opposite said to imagine eating blueberries (and something I forget) and so I did... instantly the most overwhelming feeling of happiness filled my entire body I just could not resist smiling the most huge smile and we are all laughing around the table the taste of the food was just so good

I notice a girl who is about 25 crying with someone else who is trying to comfort her... I ask the other people what is wrong with her and they say she was new too and was missing family so she couldn't feel the peace yet... I start to feel my body being far far away I become fully aware I'm not awake, I realise if I think of my body I may wake up so I block it out and continue feeling happy... I ask some questions to the group so that I can find out about this place and find out that basically its another dimension that spirit energy can visit and these people were guides... over towards the window I see a female standing looking out and I go over and look out too... the landscape was just beautiful, it had a small river, and trees that were red from the autumn with the floor covered with brown/red leaves, out of the clearing a man slowly walked looking peaceful and happy and the female who was next to me said his name and said he had been gone for some while (months) on his own meditating

I came to realise that there was no time, no need for food or drink (although you could eat if you wanted), no illness, no death, no danger and so I realised that I needed to know some more about the place so I asked if anyone could answer a few questions to help me along and one of the men said he would be glad to help and that he had been here helping people for 583years

we went into another room to talk and that's when I felt myself waking up... I tried to fight it because I wanted to stay there but I soon lost any grip I had and was awake in no time :(

I would love to visit that place again it was like the most happiness you have ever felt in real life combined with the most love and peace you can imagine all rolled into one mega feel good feeling :D ... its not that much to do with UFOs themselves but the guides were the "pilots" who traveled into the dimensions and they were the ones talking to me

Aka, very nice! It is very possible your experience was an OBE. Unless one is highly advanced at OBE's, the memories seem to drift all over the place between real and imagination.

I hope you have more of such experiences. It's possible, if you want it enough, that over time you'll learn to focus in on real-time, in which case you'll be able to prove without a shred of doubt that OBE's are real.  :)

it would be nice to be able to do it so I could see for myself how it feels... I sort of know its real, but still let fear take over which is my main problem I'm trying to overcome

what I like doing recently is just relaxing with eyes closed thinking of "nothing" and letting images pop into my mind and just observing them without falling to sleep... you can see some really weird things, yesterday I saw a page of writing that had strange characters on it which at the time I thought were alien for some reason I can only remember one single character though as the images usually last 2 seconds before they fade

I've had really vivid dreams before but I cant remember them now mostly when I can control them I just try to explore and remember as much as I can but its usually just streets or buildings close to where I live

the other UFO dreams I can remember... none of these are lucid dreams so I have no control, they are all short but most were part of normal dreams I have forgot...

1. I'm walking down the path at the side of my house and am aware of the UFO in the sky really high up but the shape is visible and not distorted like you see on UFO videos, I remember just standing there thinking wow at last we can finally find out whats going on... I think I woke up at this point
2. standing in a friends garden I look up and see a large disc shaped craft fly quite close above me and then curve up and into the distance out into space ... this is all I remember about this dream except it was nightime in my dream as I could see stars in the background
3. I am running through my town center and look behind me and see a huge ship hovering almost directly above me the center of which moves directly over me and looks like some fancy 3d computer graphics really really close
4. out of the back of my house there is a field I was standing there I saw 3 or 4 large ships which were a bit closer than planes usually travel but were not really close... these were like transport ships quite bulky but not a flying disc they were more triangle shaped and slower moving
5. I was hiding in my bedroom and outside all I could see was hundreds of UFO fighting in the night sky shooting coloured lasers like on starwars but I tried to stay out of sight and hidden
6. in my garden I saw an orb about the size of a football glowing orange and floating about 5ft off the ground, it landed and a small creature got out and asked if I wanted a tour... all I remember was thinking how can I fit in there at which point I woke up :)

I have also had at least 3 dreams of a nuke going off near my house which is quite strange... you would think they are nightmares but I am at peace and all I remember thinking is " oh so this is the end" then I feel my body becoming hot and I wake up

I love having dreams they make sleep fun :D

For anyone who's serious about learning OBE's, I would recommend books by Robert Bruce and also by Waldo Vieira.  Robert Bruces: "Mastering Astral Projection 90-day guide to out-of-body experience"  and "Astral Dynamics."   Waldo Vieira: "Projection of the Consciousness" and "Projectiology: A Panorama of Experiences of the Consciousness Outside the Human Body"  OBE's are very real. While in College I was fortunate enough to perform dozens of scientific experiments while out of body, so I have my personal undeniable proof that it's real. I think for most open-minded people who are relatively free from doubt requires a few years of practice before obtaining such personal proof. The negative states of consciousness such as doubt, and even fear are killers in this field. In terms of providing global proof, there are very good reasons why this will not be allowed for some time.
