Theory predicts TEP effects

To fully understand this theory you will need advanced mathematics.

Here?s the theory:
http://home.wanadoo.nl/raccoon/

It it quite extensive and predicts several effects. Some of them are reported by Tesla, Moray and John Hutchison.

Somewhere in the middle it also predicts NEGATIVE currents and cooling effects ("cold electricity"). Both effects were reported from TEP replications. The missing overunity effect of the TEP is no reason to conclude that the principle does not work.

I would like to discuss this theory further.
