Run your car on water

Using a older carburetor couldn't you run water in the fuel line then hho in the top of the carburetor (you would have to seal the air filter housing) and use the fuel-air mixture screws to adjust the mix, what do ya think will an electrolysis unit produce enough hho to use as a mix, I don't think anyone has came up with a cell that will produce enough hyd to run a car but maybe enough to make a mix.. Iv read that pure hyd is too strong for the ICE but the water will cool the engine as well as make it a steam/hydro engine. Iv seen a vid where a company in Japan has done just that but this could be a poor mans version. I think Japan is leading the way in hydrogen cars as bad as I hate to say it, it seems we are always bringing up the rear here in the US.
