well now!!!

errrr still more .....

so i have a slight increase  in milage it isnt that much i think there still was a wee bit of gas left in the tank in my previous test  because i got results that were diffrent than my posted test

in any event

so now i have 2 tapped o2's that i have added bout 350 mv seams to be best right now ... acording to the sound of the engine and performance ie. no sputtering or loss in performance ...

but the plot thickens ....

the MAP / MAF   sensor  is the next mod  to compleat the last 2 mods  :)

now as i understand at this moment the map needs to be reduced in voltage via a pot   so im onto the MAP/MAF MOD

so i got this mod all done and working as it is suspoto  8)

what a pile of headaches to get a few extra cliks...   errrrrr...

well   i think im getting the hang of it tho  ;D

from what i have learned so far bout this stuff  it seams as tho our hho gennys gas burns hot but the exaust is colder than petro and it messes up the o2 sensors so thus is the resaon for the voltage corrector  or the EFIE device  i was useing this unit as a gas saver device in my prevoius tests with the hhooka! but i since discovered i did it all wrong  ;D lol live n learn  8)  so for you to do it properly it seams as tho you just correct the voltage in the o2 sensors  DO NOT USE EFIE DIVICE  TO LEAN OUT ENGINE

because the o2 sensors are colder they tell the computer to spray MORE GAS thus canceling out any potincial gain in milage  from the hho genny so the efie is used to put it back where it is suspoto be  8)

ok so now the map sensor is controling the gas that is fed to the enjectors with the 02 sensors out of the way and repaired we can fully adjust through the map sensor only and it does work well i  can bring it down quite low rpm with out any sputtering or power loss and it is a much much quicker responce on the tac than doing it like this with the o2 sensors wich did not yeild the results we all serch for ... so

this map is much better  but agin to see any diff as i have seen so far you must do both o2 and map

well there must be somthing else to this as im starting to get dissopointed with my results  just did a test with the o2 sensors at .10v and my map way up  and poor results!!!

hummm

starting to run a loss what is the deal??

ist

ima relook everything i must have somthing wrong :)

no time to give up tho  8) got to get it figured

found my problem....

can anyone else find it lol

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jgHJDD6UK0A

my problem is how i wired my o2 sensors in with the adder duh lol!!

it should be grounded insted of in line but im no EE trial and error   then i will mesure the flucations in my o2 sensors but it seams to be adding more gas than i would like  >:(

i got 90 km for 10 bucks cdn  not good  @133.9 /l should be more like 120 -130 km hummmmm...

well gonna fix my o2 wireing and mesure it properly and see what the results are

well built a new controller to control

o2 sensor
map sensor  hyw and town
maf sensor hot weather and cold weather

and on and off for the cell and all mods to the sensors

need total control to achive the results we desire ....

"HEY GUY' You need to wright a book!!  This is good stuff and its funny.
1- moisture after you shut down the veh., I haven't heard a lot comments about that so far, I have a diesel so I am a little concerned about the moisture after shut down.
2-- heat to volts to distance and time. The diff. between a short trip to long trip.

Hi IS!

Any update on gas usage ?

Are you sure that taking away the hho cell wont keep your system working in the exact same way ?

You lean the gas intake, fooling the sensors. We are assuming that the HHO is replacing that gas that you are saving.

But then, the catalyzer is there to burn EXCESS of gas.

I wonder if you are yet using the HHO, or just trimming that little gas that was spared for the catalyzer...

Today I assembled the MC-12 25 amps pulsing circuit, from Hydrogen Garage... I will try it on my cell just to see what kind of results I get, or if I stick with direct DC current from the battery.

As you can see I still couldn?t install the cell in my car. I am still waiting for a big buy from mouser.com that includes a 70 amp relay, and other niceties, to pimp / secure it.

Regards,

well bro  8)

hope you have better luck than myself...

so far  not so good :(

the o2 sensor mod plays games with my computer  keeps kicking the check engine light and we all know what that means ...  verry bad thing if your trying to improve milage...

so currently im stuck on the o2 sensors  gonna try the extenders if i can find em round my parts...   the electrical fix for the o2 has not helped me 1 bit so far

the MAP sensor works well  in my controller after i locate the MAF sensor i will wire it in the same but the o2's are another story ....

so till i get them fixed im running a loss

what's the gas output, and how many amps does it draw when it's on the car? I've heard that too much gas will make the car go into open loop, the newer car's are more prone to this. I'm passing on this info from watercar group, but they say try it at low amps, and then work your way up, until the gains drop off.

Try using heater hose, and mounting it close to the air intake, so that the heat it creates gets in the air intake, that should also increase MPG.
