Wow! I was always under the impression that you had to have a tank of compressed hydrogen to deliver the fuel to the intake manifold. Zerofossilfuel proved that a car can use hydrogen as it's being produced. This will considerably reduce the chances of a high explosion from compressed gas. I just hope Congress doesn't have an "emergency meeting" to deem the zero cell some kind of "hazard". Keep up your research everyone. I sure am.

Surely you dont think we'd quit building just because a bunch of greedy nitwhits like congress or any other damn bunch of greedy sphinkters deside they think we should ,, do ya? That Aint gonna happen!

I have to agree. Those greedy SOBs are not going to keep their stranglehold on us. There's great technology out there and we deserve to tap into it and utilize it. This is a great forum and I hope to see more of them. I want to see zero cells in every car on the road!

That's amazing ZFF, but how to you prevent flashbacks and still get the vacuum to the cell?  I love using bubblers, but I don't think you can have a cell under vacuum AND have a bubbler, but I dunno.  I would love it if you could though.  Good job. =)

You can, and I do. Video to come.

Never thought of using a compressor, can't wait to see the video.

Aloha,
Some people use a little windshield washer pump after the cell to maintain vacuum.
I prefer running without the bubbler, and have done so without problem. Using barbed fittings without clamps at some points is good insurance in the unlikely event of an explosion. Be sure, as you should know, to retard your timing as needed.

Hey, Zero
Can you use the electrolyzer cell to run a vehicle on 100% HHO? Is there a special configuration needed to enable this? It would be great to totaly eliminate the need for fossil fuels.

I am pretty sure it is advance the timing, as timing is already retarded to start the slow combustion just before TDC.  If you ran regular petrol at TDC alot of the power would be lost due to the fact the piston is on the down stroke when the expansion begins.  Thus you advance the timing because HHO should make the mixture burn faster and more complete.  The bubbler can have a second added advantage by introducing a water vapor to the mix, thus slowing the combustion down and reducing the need for as much timing advancement.  I was thinking of actually using an airstone in the bottom of the bubbler to add more vapor to the gas mix, and maybe be able to eliminate the need for timing advancement.  Of course the major reason for me trying this is because I am using a OBDII truck for my experiments, and adjusting timings and fuel is more then just turning the distributor.

Aloha,
Actually to retard the timing means that it will fire later, to advance the timing means that it will fire sooner. Your own argument states that you want it to fire later, not sooner.
The bubbler will not add more vapor, it will remove most off the heavy vapor coming from the WFC. Use a bubbler, it is important. I use the airstone- aquarium bubbler.

hey Zero, LTNS

looks like we've both had some interesting developments since we last emailed

did you get anywhere with that PMM?

@ZFF and IH

Is this the same cell that produces the parahydrogen from you other post (highvoltage HHO by Ironhead"???

Okay boys and girls. Be watching for my next YouTube video, or visit my Justin.tv channel to check out recorded videos there of some of the fun I had Sunday with my B&S test stand. Sent the following Tweet this morning...

Quote
I DID IT!!! My >2:1 eff ROI held true. With my 5.9 MMW Batt-Cell & 48% ttl pwr conv eff, POSTED NET GAIN TTL SYS EFFICIENCY!!! Plz retweet!

That's correct, folks. Documented, verifiable, repeatable, peer reviewable, honest to goodness NET GAINS!!!

More live tests tonight. Speadsheets of the collected data and edited videos to follow.

Cheers!
