Just getting him started Hoppy.  If you can generate millivolts across an 8 ohm resistor (it IS power) I can show him how to multiply that by hundreds and thousands percent more. But he has not been on


The idea is to show electrons loose from the wire, remember?

Hi Ari and good job!


Next, let's give the electrons a better opportunity to go home!
Remember, they always want to go home to their sources.


Please now MOVE the battery with the floating ground, next to, and touching the case of the battery going to your signal gen, please!


Remeasure all voltages after you have moved the battery and post. And dont forget voltage reading with led shorted please! Very important later.

Hi Ari,


I REALLY was hoping to have the battery housing TOUCHING the battery housing of one of the supply batteries.  It REALLY makes a nice difference but I don't think your battery will fit in there with that real nice case you have there.  IF you can make that happen, that would be beneficial for what I am teaching.  If not, no problem.  If you CAN make it happen, please do so and give some new readings.  Thanks!


Now I need you to get add some INDUCTANCE to your pick up coil.  Inductors in series adds inductance.  So, find or buy some 47 uH 2.7 ohm wire wound inductors.


This one please...  When they arrive or if you have one, please let me know and I'll explain where and how to connect it.  Also order or have on hand some 2.2K ohm resistors please.  And make sure you have those shottkey diodes on hand also.  Thanks!

Also, some 32 or 30 awg wire would be MUCH better than that big old 18 awg wires you are using, while you are ordering please.  Very inexpensive also.

Bruce,

With the floating battery touching the source battery you should be able to lower the running frequency to peak the current in the pick-up coil. If you can achieve 56mV or more across the 8 ohm resistor without added inductance in circuit, you may be onto something!

Step 1...
Please change ALL of the 18 awg wire for 32 awg
Use a diameter of six inches


Step 2....
Move the battery with the floating ground next to and touching your three source batteries


Step 3...
Repeat all measurements and post

Very good!


Now a REMINDER to everyone of what we are doing...
1.  I am showing that the electrons are OFF of the wire and that THEY have an associated MAGNETIC field that power can be gleaned from.


2.  I will be showing that these electrons can be also "collected" electrically and used to generate current.


3.  I will be showing that these electrons can be "PULLED OUT OF THE AIR' and be used to generate current.


This will be all I will show you guys.  What you do or don't do with the information is up to ya'll.


Ari, please take the new inductor and attach it in the following manner.  Cathode of the diode to the inductor, inductor to the resistor of the pick up coil.  wire goes around from the anode of the diode to the resistor.


Please take new measurements once the inductor is in place and post.  Please post a picture of your pickup coil with the inductor in place.  Thank you.
