As you no doubt know, sadly those type of videos are typically posted by people who just
want attention, or who think it is funny to see how many people they can fool on youtube.
Unless the guy is willing to provide some answers to comments on his video, it seems
unlikely anyone can get much out of that video. The way things are connected seems
not to make sense anyway. :)

Without the guy explaining anything I think it is going to be pretty hard to figure
out exactly what he is doing, but typically they have a hidden power source somewhere
such as an energizing transmitter coil hidden off camera, or hidden batteries. Also, if you look
closely at the wires coming off the battery holder on the right hand side, the video is pretty blurry
but it kind of looks like he connects the positive and negative (red and white wires?) battery holder wires
together when the light turns on? A dead short across the battery terminals? The video is such low
resolution that I can't tell for sure how those wires are connected however. :) At the beginning of the
video when the light turns off, it kind of sounds like someone flicks a switch when the light goes off.  ;D

it's just a high farad battery they are about 2.5 volts when he puts the 1.5-volt battery in a circuit it charges up the cap simply the ferrite core is a closed circuit energy has to come from somewhere.

High farad battery? What do you mean? Capacitor?

Well that's a white LED so it won't light at 1.5 volts... you can see that he has the battery in and the bulb doesn't light, that is until he adds the jumper wire which actually shorts the battery. That means it's probably just a bifilar coil used as a receiver. The output goes out to the diode with the capacitor in parallel. So he's got a transmitter coil nearby, probably right above the camera.
