http://brilliantlightpower.com/suncell/

Being greater than ten thousand times brighter than sunlight, the corresponding reduction in the area of the photovoltaic converter gives rise to a projected cost of the SunCell® of about $50 to $100/kW compared to over ten times that for conventional power sources of electricity.

These guys have been at this for quite some time and appear to be
progressing forward, as their advanced prototypes seem to produc more and more light

If my understanding of their process is correct (from their early experiments)
They give the oxygen an extremely negative charge, this bounds the shared electron
To shorter than plank distances to their perspective proton.
The strong force then separates the atoms from their ionic bond.

The negatively charged nitrogen is closely matched by the
Electronegativity of the Hydrogen atom in this small-orbit state.
Literally forming the electrical equivalent of anti-hydrogen,
Or an antiproton. This releases photons is the form of:
1s=>-1s
Transition back to the ground state takes place by the handshake
H(-) < H(+)
Matter + Antimatter = Matter + energy

This is contrary to the assumptions made by antimatter theory.
Which states that matter + antimatter = E^2
The two are mathematically equivalent since
E = mc^2

I have never seen a convincing proof from BLP of the energy content of that bright light.  How do we know that the bright light is not just an underunity silver welding arc ?
They have never shown that graphite sphere absorb that bright light and heat up to incandescence (although that's excusable because heated graphite burns up in air. That's why they plan to surround it all with pressurized Argon).

Also, in this video BLP states:
Quote from: Brilliant Light Power
...a gas injector to inject hydrogen derived from water and an injection system comprising an electromagnetic pump to inject molten silver and a very stable solid source of oxygen that reacts with the hydrogen to form the hydrogen to hydrino catalyst.

Thermolysed H2O or HO or HHO as a catalyst inside the graphite sphere is implausible because oxygen + graphite react and burn up when heated.

Literally forming the electrical equivalent of anti-hydrogen,
...and anti-hydrogen will not gravitate in space (it will gravitate in time) and shrink away from our 3D spatial frame of reference with the speed of light.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Bomq8S0ynQ
...but that's from 2009 when they did not even think of having two molten streams of silver enclosed in a graphite sphere.
If you have a video showing that sphere absorbing the extreme UV light on the inside and heating up to incandescence on outside, you will make a believer.

ramset : wait and see ( 2018 ) !

And just how long has Mills been telling us to "wait and see"?  Answer: since 1991.
Here's a prediction: In 2018, we (and investors) will once again be told.... "wait and see". Perhaps by 2020?

Lather rinse repeat.....

Looks like 25 years ;) , ...but their power density has been improving exponentially with time ...and now they showcase a working prototype that you can see here.

The claim by BLP, however, is implausible, because that much energy and that high temperature, combined with the evolved gases, would destroy that nice graphite sphere structure in a minute. ("minute" here meaning an unspecified but relatively short time interval.)
Elsewhere in the video that is addressed by pressure equalization outside and inside of that graphite sphere.
Inside the sphere is silver, and the atmosphere of 97% Argon and 3% Hydrogen so no potential for chemical reaction and the evolution of additional gasses...unless water or oxygen gets in there.

What miracle solder is used to solder up that copper piping?
Elsewhere in the video that is addressed by retracting these heating coils after the initial startup (the silver melting phase) and pumping water through these coils/pipes to cool them and the remainder of the apparatus..

@TK
I am just answering your questions because it seems that you have not watched all of the available videos.
I am not a believer.  I would be if I saw that graphite sphere heated up to incandescence.  So far I have not - just spetroscopy and calorimetry measurements in this video.

@Wesley

In this video there is the claim of 3000ºK temperature of the graphite sphere (the black body radiator).
Also watch this.

According to the Stefan-Boltzmann law, which states how many Watts of photon radiation is emitted from a blackbody surface of 1 square meter area:

1m2 at 100ºC emits 1.1kW of light        (the temperature of boiling water)
1m2 at 2227ºC emits 2.2MW of light     (the temperature of the filament in a common incandescent light bulb)
1m2 at 2727ºC emits 4.6MW of light     (3000ºK)
1m2 at 3000ºC emits 6.5MW of light     (the temperature of the filament in a halogen incandescent light bulb)
1m2 at 3422ºC emits 10.6MW of light   (the melting temperature of Tungsten)
1m2 at 3642ºC emits 13.3MW of light   (the sublimation temperature of Graphite)
1m2 at 3880ºC emits 16.9MW of light   (the melting temperature of Tantalum Carbide)
1m2 at 4727ºC emits 35.4MW of light   (5000ºK)
1m2 at 5327ºC emits 55.8MW of light   (The surface of the Sun at 5600ºK)
1m2 at 5930ºC emits 84.0MW of light   (the boiling temperature of Tungsten)

More than 99% of the light coming out of Randall Mill's SunCell is in the invisible hard UV range (10nm - 250nm).  Photovoltaic cells are insensitive to these wavelengths !!!
That's why Mill's surrounds his plasma with a graphite sphere that is supposed to absorb the UV light and heat up to 3000ºK, which makes it glow with blackbody radiation on the outside of that sphere...effectively re-emitting the energy in the form of longer wavelength light.

Blackbody radiation at 3000ºK consists of much lower light frequencies, to which photovoltaic cells are sensitive to.  To achieve ~40% light-to-electricity conversion efficiency, these PV cells must be the expensive 3-layer kind.
This UV --> GlowingBlackbody --> PV --> Electricity conversion, is the Achille's heal of his device, especially that graphite burns up in oxygen at these temperatures, unless it is surrounded by Argon, etc...

This video contains more information.
...and this video is a review of their developments by a 3rd party.

If this company is still In New jersey [the actual unit ?

may be able to get a visit there ?

maybe Wesley would like to go too?

we shall see ?

If you visit the company and ask questions, look around, etc. do you really think they would show you or tell you anything that could disconfirm or falsify their claims?

@verpies: No, I did not watch those entire videos. The first few seconds of the first one was enough for me... the boilerplate legal disclaimer that basically says "this presentation contains forward looking statements that may not actually be true." So I turned it off and went out to mow the lawn. At least I know for sure I'm performing work when I do that!

Wouldn't you like to see the wiring and connectors that allow somebody to get 6 megawatts of continuous power out of something that basically could fit in a one-car garage?

Don't give them money then.
...but you should look at the technical aspects of their claims and try to identify any technical flaws even if it is for the purpose of busting an investment scam.  You already raised some points (gas evolution, pipe soldering)
I raised another one: Any water inside the graphite sphere will thermolyze at 3000ºK to oxygen and react with the graphite...effectively burning it up.

Wouldn't you like to see the wiring and connectors that allow somebody to get 6 megawatts of continuous power out of something that basically could fit in a one-car garage?
I would ! ...although the claim is for 330kW of electricity because the sphere does not have a surface of 1m2. and part of its blackbody radiation escapes as heat.
Even more, I'd like to see that sphere heated to incandescence.

Is it he is full of  scam  and trying to extract money from less fortunate in brain power but quite well with money ?
Verpies  convince me and you  will be beneficiary along with  rest of you charge free.
I cannot convince you because I am not convinced myself.  So at this time I am not a proponent of melting silver and doing expensive experiments.  I only advise gathering information at this stage.
I will be a believer if I see that reaction chamber heated to incandescence.  So far I have not.

I think that they are not cheating on the spectrum of that bright light, but they might be wrong about its intensity.  It might be just a glorified underunity silver electric welding arc.
Also, I see an engineering error in the practical design, namely: any water in that chamber at 3000ºK will become thermolized to oxygen and that will react with the graphite...effectively burning it up.

Anyway, they are located close to you, so if you can present yourself as a company man with big bucks, then perhaps you could drive there with Chet and verify the intensity of that light with some kind of black bottle of water and a thermometer.
