Has anyone try using magents to throw a weight around to produce electricity to power the throw magnets.

The lever give a mechanical advantage but I don't know how long it would have to be. The drawing is wrong the weight would have to be on the other side of the center. I thought a magnet would produce electricity to power the throw magnets.
