This were the idea. Make a metal become incandescent (e.g. 650 °C),so that it radiate dark red-red light. Put it in a very high dense atmosphere of helium (that is a transparent gas) at 30GPa,and model a lens with Ice VII that is also transparent at that temperature and pression but less dense. So I think you can concentrate visible light of the incandescent metal into a point and extract energy from the difference of temperature. What do you think?

In theory you can pump heat with a heat pump from 3K of space to a material and absorbe usable energy with a cop >1
